After several days of having dark and cloudy skies, Chicago was finally having a bright and sunny day. It was lunch time in a restaurant, there were a lot of people entering, ordering, eating, then leaving.
Hailey and Jay were sitting opposite of each other with each of their food in front of them, it was half eaten. "How's Lizzie doing," Jay asks Hailey. "She's fine, she's a sophomore now and she kinda has a love and hate relationship with her schoolwork, mostly hate," Hailey lightly laughs as she replied to Jay. Jay smiled, knowing that Lizzie was eventually going to start not liking doing her schoolwork soon enough and he was about to say something else when a voice says, "Hey guys, heads up. He's here." It was Adam's voice and it immediately made Jay and Hailey remember that they were undercover.
The door to the restaurant opened and a guy confidently walks in the restaurant, Jay sat up straighter to have a closer look at the guy. The guy was about the same age as Jay, tall, white with dark hair. "Yeah, it's him, that's Andre Walker," Jay smiles trying to seem like he was just talking to Hailey as he watches Andre Walker sit down on a table with a bunch of other people that seemed like his friends and started talking with them.
Somewhere outside and not far from the restaurant, Adam and Kevin were in a parked stakeout van. Adam just told Hailey and Jay about Andre Walker. It took a long time for him to show up which gave Adam and Kevin the feeling that this was going to be a long lunch, so they both leaned back and started eating the food they brought with them.
Adam was in the middle of eating his food when he jokingly says to Kevin, "So you and Vanessa," but before Adam could finish his sentence, Kevin immediately says, "There's nothing going on, bro, what are you trying to say," trying to avoid the topic. Adam raises an eyebrow at Kevin and says, "I was just gonna say, you guys work good together," Adam eyes Kevin and continues, "What are you trying to say?" Kevin shakes his head and playfully hits Adam. Adam chuckles, he sat back up and went to look at the monitors again, he froze as he saw someone that wasn't supposed to be there and he looked at Kevin with a shocked look on his face.
