~8s POV~

It was 3am, I hadn't been able to sleep; I couldn't stop thinking about what happened the day before. Did I really attack Cora? The glasses that I put on before the fight were sat on my desk, scratched and battered. I walked over to the desk chair and sat down. My legs were still shaking, but not as much as before. I stayed silent for a few minutes doing nothing, making sure that Cora was asleep. Afterwards, I picked up my diary and started to sketch out the glasses. They were similar to the ones octarians wore; the ones I wore before finding myself in Deepsea Metro.

~minutes later~

I checked the time, it was 3.45; still really early in the morning. I still wasn't able to get to sleep so I started to text Leon, to see if he and Sonia wanted to meet up and play turf war.

Leon:

Me: Hey Leon

Leon: What's up Tobias?

Me: Well... Something happened with me and Cora today. I wanted to make her feel better tommorow. So I thought you could bring Sonia and we could all play Turf war.

Leon: Sounds great! What time you wanna meet up?

Me: 12am. I want to do something with her later on in the day anyway.

Leon: Yeah, we can do that. We can finish whenever you need. See ya tommorow!

Me: Bye!

I had a plan; after turf war I would tell Cora my feelings. My true feelings. After Cora carrying me in her arms out of the Metro, and the kiss, I started to get feelings for her. I would ask her out in the park afterward. I checked the clock again. It was 3.55am. I had to get some sleep before we went out, so I opened my diary and started to write about my feelings, and in no time, I fell asleep.

~Hours later~

I wake up and realise that I had fallen asleep at my desk. I rub my eyes and slowly get up. My clock read 10am, which meant I had time to make Cora breakfast and explain her what was happening. Quietly, I leave my room and head to the kitchen. Thankfully, Cora wasn't awake, which meant I could make a suprise breakfast for her.

After a few minutes of looking online, I found how to make a bacon and egg sandwich, so I loaded it up and followed the instructions. I had never really cooked before, so I struggled to do some of the steps, but in the end, I managed to finish two sandwiches--one for me and one for Cora. I head to the table and put both the plates down; Cora still wasnt awake, and if she didn't wake up soon, her breakfast would be cold. So I knocked on her door and slowly opened it up. Cora sat up and looked towards me. "Goodmorning Cora, breakfast is on the table." I smiled and left to go and sit at the table. I started to eat, and soon after, Cora came out and sat down with me. "You ok after yesterday?" I pushed her plate toward her and she started to eat. After finishing a mouthful, she responded. "Yeah, I'm ok. Just bruised all over my arm. It doesn't hurt as much, but does hurt if something touches it." She took another bite and kept eating.

I had finished my sandwich and was just waiting on Cora now. I looked at her and blushed, I didn't know if I was ready to do what I was going to do. She looked at me and smiled saying, "do you have a plan for today then Tobias?" She finished eating and took our plates to the kitchen, ready for them to be washed later. I stopped looking at her and reminded myself of the plan. "So at 12 me, you, Leon and Sonia are going to play Turf War for a few hours, then we are going to the park for a bit." "Sounds fun! I'll go get ready now." She headed up to her room to get ready while I did everything I needed to do in the bathroom. I wore my comfy outfit like I always did and after getting ready, waited for Cora.
