Radhika could not believe that she just took Krish's car and left him in the parking lot stranded. Her demeanor was never this way with her employees before she met him. Sure she was strict and believed in following rules but she never did all this.
She parked in the parking lot of her house and suddenly her phone buzzed. It was Krish.
K: Hope I get my vehicle back in shape tomorrow Rads.
R: Hmm... I hope the same. :)
Radhika chuckled and sighed. She slapped her bag on the counter and headed to her bedroom to change her clothes. After she was done, she turned on the stove and began to heat a pan up by putting some oil in it when the doorbell rang.
She turned off the stove and looked out the window to see who it was. She realized it was Nivedita and decided to open the door.
"Hey! Come in," said Radhika.
"What's up Radha? How's it going? I heard it was your first day back at work."
Radhika narrated the whole story and proceeded to tell her every single detail of what had gone down at work.
"Why is Krish messing around with you so much?"
"Honestly. I have no clue as to why he is doing all this. He keeps insisting that he wants to change me. Krish also dropped a couple of subtle hints and clues as to what his goal is, but I don't have the time and energy to pay attention to what that idiot says all the time. He's quite bothersome at work though." said Radhika.
"Do you think he likes you?" asked Nivedita curiously.
"I don't think so Nivi. From what I've seen, I feel like he's really into my personal assistant Nisha. I mentioned they were friends to you right?"
"Right. Anyways, I had to tell you something important," said Nivedita.
"Speak."
"Akaash and I are dating," said Nivedita.
Radhika's eyes widened. "You mean Krish's brother? Son of the reputed Malhotra family? Wow! Before you know it I'll be attending another wedding." teased Radhika.
"Oh shut up!"
"Congratulations on the relationship status change. Have you guys made it official?" asked Radhika.
"Yes. I think he is going to tell his parents, I already told mine but I wanted to tell you that Akaash had mentioned Krish and Nisha when we were chatting about his family."
"What did he say?"
"I mean... I feel like Akaash was exaggerating when saying this, but apparently, Krish gets a lot of marriage proposals but declines them every year. Their mom is still on the lookout for a girl for him. But Akaash also dropped an important detail."
"And that detail is?"
"Nisha likes Krish."
Shit!

Nivedita and Radhika ended up having dinner last night together and then ended up saying goodbye.
Radhika scrolled through her computer and she realized that her rejoining work was a big subject amongst all the articles and media that was getting published. Radhika also felt that she needed to advertise her store to let people know that she was back and things were going to be better than ever.
Since she owned a food-oriented business, she decided that she would recruit some male and female models. They could advertise how healthy and nutritious the products are and they could also state the benefits of buying produce from Nirvana.
Radhika sent out an email to Nisha to let everyone know what tomorrow's plans were at work and to find a photographer for tomorrow's shoot as soon as possible.
As Radhika shut her laptop, her phone started to ring. She glanced at the number and found it to be an unknown one.
She disregarded the call at first and began to shut the light off when the phone started to ring again.
"Who the hell has this much persistence at twelve AM in the morning?" she groaned as she answered the phone.
"I do." said a male voice.
Radhika scrunched up her face and tried to figure out who's voice it was. "I'm sorry, who is this?"
"Shivaay Malhotra. And save the number because you'll need it soon. I want my brother's car back and I know you definitely must've taken it. So what's your address?"
"Oh! So Krish tattled on me like a five-year-old kid? Are you brothers all this persistent? I already told Krish that I would give his car back to him in the morning."
"Fine. I'll accept you bringing back the car in the morning on one condition."
"What is that condition?" she asked perplexed.
"Go out on a date with me," said Shivaay frankly.
"WHAT." yelled Radhika at the top of her lungs.
"The word that you are looking for is 'yes' not what," he said.
Radhika looked at the clock that was on the wall and she exasperatedly huffed. She was in no mood to deal with any more disagreements or another person's antics and impetuously said something she would never say in a million years.
"Fine. This Saturday. We'll plan it out later." she said monotonously and hung the phone up without saying more.

"Glad my vehicle doesn't have a dent on it," said Krish as he stood in front of Radhika.
"Radhika Arora isn't that reckless Krish Malhotra."
The office gossip spread around like wildfire about what happened in the parking lot last night after everyone left work. Radhika usually ignored office gossip but she couldn't help but be annoyed that people were staring at her left and right as soon as she entered the building.
A knock on the door emanated around the room and Radhika looked up to find Nisha wanting to come in.
"Come in."
"Ma'am, the models and all the props and items have reached the shooting site. Shall we leave?"
"Yes. Arrange my car to reach the set without any hindrance," said Radhika. She looked at Krish as she said this.
"Alright ma'am," said Nisha. She anxiously looked at Radhika and Krish, as well as the looks they were giving each other.

Hey guys! I usually don't put author's notes unless there is a crucial announcement that I have to make. I have some bad news and I would like to apologize to all my readers before saying it.
Due to some personal reasons, instead of Nirvana being 50-60 chapters, it will be shortened to around 30-40 chapters. I didn't want to disappoint you guys in the end by giving you an abrupt ending so I thought of letting you guys know in advance. I've decided to only write 30-40 chapters because classes are starting soon for me and I know I won't have much time in the day to write chapters because of exams, assignments and projects. Even though I don't judge myself on the shallow parameters of grades and marks, my academics matter to me and I hope you all respect that.
Once again. I hope you all understand and respect my choice!
