Nisha was still in shock that Radhika decided to give her an award and promote her. But what made her even more shocked was her behavior for the past months.

She was aware that Radhika loves Krish and Krish loves Radhika, yet she was still ignoring it and continuing to help Shivaay with his wretched plan.

"I have to accept it," she said out loud. "Krish likes someone else and if I really am his best friend then I would support him and encourage him to pursue the person he loves."

Nisha picked up her phone and texted Shivaay.

It is over Shivaay. I'm done. I'm not helping you anymore.

"WHAT THE HELL." yelled Nivedita.

"Hush! Keep it down. Mom is in the other room." hissed Shanaya.

"What do you mean Krish's mom asked Radhika's mom for.."

Shanaya cut Nivedita off mid-sentence. "Just play along Nivi. We will talk about it later. Right now help me choose the desserts we are supposed to place at the party."

"Shanaya this is serious! We have to stop this from happening. If this happens then your entire plan of setting our best friend with Krish will go to waste."

"We will discuss this later. I have a plan! Get downstairs with me."

It was Saturday and today was Krish's date with Radhika. Meanwhile, the Malhotra's were planning a party for Krish since he was joining his old job and leaving Nirvana. Krish was under the impression that the party was just another social gathering and was not being held for him.

Neelima was asking the boys what kind of cupcakes should she put for the guests.

"Chocolate fudge," yelled Shivaay who had left the rebranding event because it ended.

"Red velvet," yelled Shravan back.

"I don't like chocolate," yelled Akaash.

"Red velvet tastes similar to chocolate dumbass."

"What did you just call me?"

"Shravan save me!" yelled Shivaay as Akaash started to chase him around the house.

As Shivaay was running he bumped into Krish and then ducked behind him.

"Shivaay get off of me!" said Krish grumbling.

Nivedita walked down the stairs and froze as she saw Krish walked in. She nudged at Shanaya who was eating a piece of Dairy Milk chocolate.

"Shanaya ask your brother in law where he is going?" mumbled Nivedita. "He looks way too happy coming back from a work event."

Shanaya was too busy in her chocolate though.

"Where are you going Krish?" asked Neelima.

"Friend's place. I'll be right back."

Date time with Radhika!

•••

Radhika turned on the light to her quaint little bakery in Nirvana. She had her own private kitchen inside the store where she was allowed to enter.

She looked at the shelves.

What would Krish like to taste?

"I'd like to taste something that fits me and my personality exactly."

Radhika paused and turned around to face him.

"Something that tastes like Nirvana. That feels like Nirvana," he said.

"I'm going to find that taste for you," said Radhika, moving closer to Krish.

"How?"

Radhika moved even closer till their breaths hitched and their foreheads were touching.

"Come and sit and I'll tell you how," she said, pulling him closer.

He smirked at her and nodded.

The suspense builds!

•••

"Ooo! That was so close!" exclaimed Radhika as she watched Krish taste the sauce that she put inside the sandwich wrap she made. "But that wasn't it. You need something else. I haven't found your weak spot yet or in other terms, the food you truly love."

"No. I mean don't get me wrong. I could practically bathe in that sauce but.."

"Nope! That's not the food you love. Taste this." said Radhika as she handed Krish a piece of tiramisu.

"You are ruining my diet," whined Krish.

"Oh shut up and taste it otherwise I'll shove it in your mouth!" said Radhika.

Radhika was taking notes at the speed of lightning as she watched Krish eating the different dishes she was making. She observed his reactions to the different dishes he was tasting.

"That's not it either," she said, snatching the plate from him.

"Hey!" he yelled at her when she took the plate from him.

"I know what to make for you." said Radhika slyly and she poured milk in a huge pot and turned on the stove."

Radhika turned on the oven as well and started to take out ingredients.

"What?" asked Krish.

"You'll see. In the meanwhile talk to me," she said smiling.

To be continued!

•••

"You don't understand Ashok! I hate that girl but Shivaay likes her."

"Neelima get over the animosity you once shared with Supriya. The past is the past. You have to understand that just because of your profound rivalry with Supriya doesn't mean that you take that out on Radhika."

"I can't believe I'm doing this," said Neelima mumbling. "I can't believe I'm getting Shivaay married to Radhika despite knowing that my other son loves her."

"What do you mean?" asked Ashok.

"Shivaay asked me to arrange Nisha and Krish's alliance which I haven't done yet but he also asked me privately to arrange him and Radhika together which I did! Supriya said that she is going to ask Radhika whether she wants to get married to Shivaay."

Disaster!

•••

"What the hell mom! Who throws someone out of the room like that?" yelled Krish.

Right after Radhika was thrown out, Krish was fighting with his family.

"What else did you expect me to do Krish? She was on your bed," argued Neelima.

"So it's fair to assume that both of them slept together just because they were on a bed?" argued Shravan back to his mom, trying to defend his younger brother. "Mom something could've happened behind our backs that we didn't know about."

"Both the boys are right Neelima. Your haughty behavior was unacceptable and highly immature for a woman your age. Don't you think that girl deserved a chance to justify and explain what she was doing in Krish's room?"

"I don't care what the reason is. That girl is the daughter of one of my biggest rivals. I don't want that girl around you," said Neelima, warning Krish.

"She has a name. Her name is Radhika. And she means something to me." said Krish in a dangerous tone which set the room silent.

"If you get any closer to her. I promise you I will ruin that girl's life," said Neelima. "You know how volatile my behavior can get Krish."

"Try doing it. I dare you," said Krish challenging his mother.
