Chapter 7

Flairess POV: I jumped out of bed and teleported directly into her hospital room. I gasped at the sight. The bed was torn apart and the sheets ripped. The crib had been smashed and the sheets were torn as well. What really did me in was the fact that there were little blood droplets on the floor. I collapsed to my knees, questions flooding my mind. What happened? Who took them? Why did they take them? Why them and not me?

I heard the door open and Loki, Tony, and all the others burst in. "They're gone, they're really gone." I said, my voice cracking. Natasha pulled me into a hug but I barely acknowledged it. I just sat there on my knees, not noticing the tears streaming down my face. "What happened." She asked in a voice strained with effort to keep emotion hidden. Loki, who had managed to sit down sighed. I noticed how a bruise had formed on his left cheek and his neck had a red dot on it, like from a needle. My eyes widened. "You were tranked, weren't you?" He nodded solemnly.

"Yes. I woke up to the window breaking and a team of men all dressed in black burst in; I tried to stop them but there were to many if them. They grabbed Shadow and Link. One of them punched me in the face and then I felt a sharp pain in my neck before blacking out." I took in a shaky breath. and looked around, looking for anything that could be of use.

"JARVIS."

"Yes Mr Stark."

"Why didn't you alert us?"

I noticed a piece of paper on the floor by the broken crib and I picked it up.

"I had been shut down Mr Stark. They hacked into my system."

"Did you get any video feed of any kind?"

"Im afraid not sir, they shut down everything."

I opened the note up an gasped. On the paper was a skull with tentacles coming out of it and underneath the words Hail Hydra.

Tony gave me a worried look and walked over to me. "What's wrong, you know besides your sister and nephew being kidnapped. I handed him the paper and watched as his face grew solemn while reading it. Natasha raised a brow. "What's going on." Tony ran a hand through his hair and gave her the note. "Call Fury. He needs to know about this immediately." Steve looked confused so Natasha spoke up. "Hydra is back."
