Chapter 12: Disasters at Ocean Side.

It had been soo many months since you found out you were pregnant. A lot of things had happened in Alexandria at that time there was no action from the whisperers either. Daryl and Lydia are finally living here, Negan is finally out of his cell during the day working about Alexandria!

And a new doctor had showed up too with a new group of people. His name was Dante and to be quite honest you two really did hit it off. He helped you out with your pregnancy whilst Negan was in his cell. He would constantly check up on you 24/7. And he was honestly just a great friend and work partner. He felt like an older brother to you the way he cared for you.

You also grew quite close with Lydia, as a bunch of people didn't like her as her mum was alpha the leader of "the whisperers" but you looked out for her. She had the support of you, Negan and Daryl. She appreciated everything you did for her. You would help her out with school work as she was embarrassed that she couldn't read. But you took care of her like she was one of your own. She even admitted that you were like a mother she'd never had and that made you feel good.

You told Negan about your pregnancy a few days after finding out you were pregnant. He took it pretty well. He always wanted to be a dad so that made you feel at ease. Negan would be allowed out during the night to stay with you sometimes, he would even be allowed to sleep round in the house.

But that meant people heavily guarding the house making sure he wouldn't escape. In this time as well you and Negan tied the knot and were officially married. Judith already had yours and Negan's wedding rings made. They were both silver rings. It felt nice now actually being married to Negan and it not being forced.

You would talk with Negan about baby names. Girl and boy. Negan was hoping for a boy but he would love a girl just as much. You were quite far in with your pregnancy, luckily you didn't have a giant bump like most women do. But you could pop at anytime now...

A lot of people had left to ocean side for training. You had to stay back home whilst Michone, Judith, R.J, Daryl, Aaron and a bunch of others left. They had been gone for a couple of days so you had the house to yourself, you offered if Lydia wanted to stay as she'd been home alone too with Daryl gone.

She would stay a few nights but other nights she would be back at hers. Gabriel would let Negan stay at yours too for a few nights at a time. But the house was then heavily protected.

It was around midday, you had just finished up at the infirmary helping a patient out with Dante, Saddiq had been busy as Rosita had given birth to little Coco.

"Thanks for the extra help!" Dante said as you started to Chuck away the dirty cloths and dressings.

"It's no problem! Happy to help anytime." You smiled at him.

"How's the little fidgeter in there?" Dante asked as he the walked over to you and placed his hand on your belly.

"Not too bad today. Last night was a living hell." You then groaned.

"Awh it will be worth it in the end. Any suggestions with names?" Dante asked as you walked to the door.

"Yes, me and Negan have found a few that we like. Wether it's a boy or girl." You hinted.

"Anyway, thanks again (Y/N) I'll catch up with you later." Dante smiled as a patient walked in.

You smiled and waved at him as you walked out of the infirmary, you could hear people talking about at Oceanside they had discovered a whispers mask. You could tell people were starting to freak out. You were trying to make out the conversation until you felt someone hug your from behind and placed their hands on your belly.
