It had been roughly around a week since you gave birth to Carla. The word spread fast everyone at Alexandria congratulated you and Negan and some people even came over and visited you.
Negan was allowed to stay the nights with you, and you even heard Michonne talk about letting you and him have your own place now that you and Negan have had a baby. But the downside is that the security would be extremely high.
Carla was quite good through the night, she wouldn't fuss she would sleep through the night without crying. Negan was super helpful with her too, he couldn't keep his hands off of her. He loved to carry her around the house when he was back from doing all his work duties and gently talked with her, and on some occasions he would fall asleep with Carla also asleep on his chest.

It was early in the morning, Carla started to fuss as she was hungry, you picked her up and started to feed her as you sat down on the bed trying to not wake up Negan. Carla started to feed off of you and she was doing it quite quickly. Michonne and Rosita helped you feed Carla for the first few days until you had finally picked it up.
"Hey, good morning beautiful." Negan mumbled as he sat up and scooted his way over to you and hugged you and started to kiss your cheek and then your neck.
"Hey, stop I'm trying to feed her." You smirked at Negan and kissed him on the lips.
"What are your plans for the day?" Negan asked.
"Umm I'm not sure. Might just relax here? Check up on Lydia. I'll see what the day offers." Carla was done feeding and you started to gently wind her.
"Well, I gotta get ready for all that shitty work." Negan kissed your cheek and got up out of bed. You then changed Carla's nappy and got her dressed for the day.
Negan took Carla off of you and walked downstairs with her, you followed behind him as you saw Judith and Michonne getting ready to head out.
"Hey where are you off to?" You asked.
"We're going to the hilltop. They think they've been attacked. We'll be gone for a few days." Michonne walked over to Carla and started to kiss her cheek.
"Ok, where's R.J?" You then asked.
"Oh don't worry, you've got enough on your plate. R.J is with Daryl." Michonne walked over to you.
"Oh ok. I can look after R.J." You reassured Michonne.
"Oh I know you can don't worry. It's just the added pressure, you've got a new born and I know that's tough." Michonne hugged you.
"Ok please be safe, I'll radio in to you tonight if I have the time." You hugged Michonne back.
"We will be." Michonne pulled away and made her way back over to to Carla and Negan.
"Hey missy, be safe ok? And if you ever want to radio in to me, I will be there." You said as you bent down to Judith and hugged her.
"I will be safe don't worry! I'll miss you. And obviously little Carla too." Judith hugged you back.
She then pulled away as you gave her a quick peck on the cheek, and then her and Michonne left Alexandria with Eugene and a few other people.
"Well, I guess we've got the house to ourself now." Negan smirked at you.
"Why yes we do." You said as you walked over to Negan and kissed him. There was a sudden knock at the door. You walked over and it was Brandon.
