"i'm glad you could meet me here! i hope this was no trouble?"
"oh none at all. thank you for asking me to be here"
at the moment, hermione was in a small cafe with rita skeeter. she had asked hermione if she could ask some questions, about how her life has gone since the war.
"okay let's begin.
"how is your relationship with harry potter and ron weasley? are guys still friends?"
"yes we are still the best amount of friends. we actually have dinner with each other every sunday."
hermione smiled thinking of all the times, harry and ron would make her laugh and all the times ginny would talk to her about the latest gossip on the daily prophet.
"oh that sounds wonderful! how are harry and ginny? are they still going strong?"
"oh yes! i have never seen anyone else have a deep and beautiful relationship like them"
"how about ron? does he have anyone special in his life?"
"no not at the moment. he has said that he wants to focus on his family before settling down with someone."
hermione deeply loved ron but as a friend. the kiss that they shared in the war never went any further than that. that had both decided that it would be better if they just stayed friends.
"oh and how are you? with your new relationship with mr. malfoy? i do hear that you guys are now engaged?"
"oh it is amazing! draco is the best. he cares and protects me. and i do love him a lot. i truly am excited to spend the rest of my life with him." hermione finishes with a smile, she looks down at her ring.
it had a diamond with green little diamonds on the inside and it also had a gold band holding it all together.
"how did he propose? was it romantic?"
"it was about a week ago. he had taken me to a park. it was like we were once again kids. he pushed me on the swings and he had went on the slide.
"then we went to a restaurant where we ate then after he had started screaming, saying that he "was in love with the most beautiful girl in the world" and then he proposed to me in front of all the people in the restaurant. it was truly embarrassing and magical" hermione quickly covers her face, knowing it had gone red from happiness and embrassment.
"oh how wonderful! do both of you plan on having any kids once you get married and what do you think their names would be?"
"oh i plan on having at least two kids, one girl and one boy. when it comes to the names i know i want the boys name to be scorpius and the girl umm...and me and draco have not yet decided." she smiles at the thought of a little draco running around
"one more question and we are done ms. granger or should i say mrs. malfoy" she says with a chuckle, hermione smiling in return.
