"Hey, I need a taxi--" Carmela stood outside, calling for a ride back to the hotel.

She impatiently tapped her foot on the sidewalk until finally the taxi cab slid in front of her. She quickly got in and slumped in her seat, a million confusing thoughts racing through her mind.

...

The car pulled up in front of their hotel and Carmela payed the middle-aged driver before quickly rushing inside the building.

The front secretary breifly smiled at her but Carmela hurried past her, through the halls all the way in front of her room. She glanced at Yoon and Tae's room beside hers and before she knew what she was doing, she pressed an ear to their door.

There was a deep voice inside and Carmela wondered if it was Tae. It couldn't be Yoon because he was still in the Performance Center when she was leaving. But there was only one voice talking so maybe Tae was on the phone. She pressed her ear further and caught a couple of his words.

"Shit... I know, I know... Namjoon, I know that! But I can't help it... it's uncontrollable, man. I can't do anything about it... yes, and you know I love him too, Namjoon... fine, fine. I-I'll tell her."

Tae's shaking voice went silent and Carmela pulled her head away from the door, confusion tugging at her gut. What the hell was that about?

She tried not to think about those random, jumbled words and unlocked the navy door with her key card.

Carmela slammed her door shut and paced around the room. It was pretty cold so she threw on a loose cardigan over her green cropped shirt. Suddenly her phone rang from her back jean's pocket and she jumped, grabbing it with fumbling fingers.

*Roxana Ivanov*

"Hey, Roxana." Carmela spoke into her phone. Her heart dropped as she heard Hosi's soft voice in the background.

"Carmela, we're leaving early. Pack your things. The car's out front and we're all in it. If you see Tae, make him come with you."

"Wait, where's--" Carmela began to ask but Roxana had already hung up as Hosi's voice loudened.

Ugh.

Carmela thought about Roxana's words. Tae could find his way; Carmela didn't need to go looking for him immediatly. Okay... right, PACK! She hurried into the bathroom and stuffed everything inside her backpack. Her phone charger was still in the wall outlet so she tore it out and also shoved it in a pocket. Hmm, anything left?

After taking a deep look around the room, she wrapped her cardigan more tightly around her and swung the bag over her shoulder, turning to the door. But she froze in her tracks as she looked down at the floor.

A small slip of blue paper was pushed under her door and Carmela furrowed her brow. She bent to pick it up, unfolding it. The messy scrawl of ink read:

*Its me. Come to the roof. If you want.*

Well, that had to be Tae. Carmela's gut twisted with worry and anticipation. But she scoffed at how strange he was. Literally who sends notes under doors, like why not send a text? Weirdass.

"Ugh..." Carmela groaned, pulling the door open. Oh, she was going alright. She felt like her heart didn't give her a choice. She hurried through the carpeted hallway.

The hotel was lit up and quiet as the evening peeked through the windows and washed over the sky. Carmela walked quickly down the hall and stepped up the stairs, trying to find the rooftop from the janitor and electrician signs on the walls.
