"Okay but... but we can't be like this to Carmela and Hosi. They need us--" JK frowned.

"What do they need us for?" Jin interrupted. "And we're not doing anything wrong JK. We're not the ones giving out fucking death threats. Can't believe Carmela actually said all that shit to Tae this morning."

"Yeah, doesn't make sense. She really thinks Tae did it, but where's the damn evidence? That's literally why they let him go, because HE DID NOT DO IT. Some love she had for him." Jimin said, scoffing.

My hands tightened into fists.

"But Tae doesn't even remember where he was that night, before he went to Carmela's house--" JK countered.

"Yes he does! He said he was at the club, at Aaron's party! And if he doesn't remember doing it JK, THEN HE DIDN'T FUCKING DO IT JK." Jimin threw up his hands.

I clenched my jaw, the muscle tightening.

"Yeah you're right, bro. There's no reason for Carmela to hate him-- well us, if she just looks at the facts." Namjoon nodded.

Jungkook just shook his head and resumed the game on his phone.

"Exactly." Jimin replied. "I don't even think she ever loved him to begin with--"

"OKAY, STOP." I commanded.

The four boys silently turned to me. Jimin opened his mouth to say something but I jerked out of my seat.

"I'm getting a drink."

I stared down at them all for a moment, before turning around and stepping out of the place.

The upbeat club music boomed everywhere as colour changing lights flashed over the place full of glittering dancing bodies. I stumbled towards the bar, but my eyes were still over there.

On her.

I watched them, as I sat down at the high barstool. Roxana had gone up onto the stage now, and Carmela was talking to that dark haired woman. Fucking little Hosi was laughing or something, right next to her.

Wait... a-are you seriously serious? Ha! Are they actually holding hands now?

"You bastard--" I started to get out of my seat, but a pair of hands pushed me back down.

"Woah woah woah, hold on man, where you going?" Jimin said, grinning.

"Get off." I raked my fingers through my curly hair and sighed.

The other three boys appeared behind him. They all looked at me again... with those eyes. Those eyes full of, of fucking pity.

"Listen Taehyung." Jimin sat beside me on the barstool. "Just... just forget about all this. Forget about Carmela, I mean she hates you man. She thinks you're a damn criminal--"

"And... a-and what if I am?" My voice broke as I looked up at him, with tired swollen eyes.

"Tae stop it... you're not, Tae." He gulped, and pulled me into his shoulder. I trembled against him, tears gathering under my eyes. "You're really not. I know you, man, and you're not a criminal. Carmela... she should know that too."

"But she doesn't. So just... you need to forget about her, Tae." Jin spoke behind me.

I felt the others pat me on the back and straightened away from Jimin. But... the table in front of me seemed like it was shaking. My eyes and lungs felt inflammed and suddenly I couldn't breathe.

"Okay now-- drink this." Jimin handed me a glass of sweetness and I quickly gulped it down. It burned down my throat but eased up my body and mind.

"Aight, let's go now boys. Tae, come on." Jin said, and weaved his fingers through mine.
