Chapter 11

AYA's POV

Since I texted Kate when I got near, she immediately waved at me when she saw me inside the restaurant. I immediately walked towards them, and when I got closer to them, my weird feelings increased more, but I still managed to look normal and act like my usual self.

"Finally you're here," Kate said.

"Akala namin, you're not going to attend," Chloe said.

"Yeah, we're anxious about it," Kyla also said. As they lent me the remaining seat, I got a glance at the guy on the other side of the table. They were all looking and smiling at me when I glanced at them, but there was only one guy who still looked so serious, as if he didn't see me here, but I just ignored him.

So, since Kate probably noticed the little awkward moment, she immediately spoke.

So guy, since you've already heard from us about her, I'd like you to meet our friend Chelseah Aya Hillary Swift. " She introduces me to the boys on the other side, and they all smile at me. Then Carl introduced them to me.

"Aya These are my friends and teammates, Leo, Mark, Tom, Ark, and our team captain, Kyle. " He individually pointed them out while saying their names. The cool guy was the team captain. Then each of them immediately welcomed me in their own way.

"Hi, nice to meet you." Leo said. He was quite calm while saying those words, so I smiled at him.

"Nice to meet you, Aya," Mark said with a teaseful smile, so I just smiled at him.

Finally, we're glad to meet you, Aya, "the guy named Tom" said while offering his hand for a hand shake, but before I could reach his hand, the next guy already spoke.

"Hi there, beautiful lady, nice to meet you," Ark said while smiling and blushing, so I smiled at him also. Then the team captain spoke.

"Nice to meet you," he said in a cool way, so I just smiled at him, even though it felt a little awkward before I replied to all of them.

"Nice to meet you all too." I said while smiling.

We sat down after that. Besides me were Chloe, Kyla, Kate, and Carl, and on the other side of the table were Kyle, Leo, Mark, Tom, and Ark. The Ark was just in front of me.

So shall we eat first before we continue our catching up? " Kyla said, breaking the silence.

Then, after that, we started eating lunch. Tom and Ark kept on giving me food, so I got uncomfortable with them, but instead of being awkward, I just let them and was grateful to them.

"You should try these, aya," Tom says after inaabot sakin and friend chicken, then Ark appears and gives something as well.

Because I don't have gutom, I've been craving fried chicken with a maliit pursion and unting carbonara.

While eating, Mark asked me

"Uhm, sorry about that. I was just quite busy for the past weeks." I apologized to them.

Don't worry, aya ayus lang ang importante nandito kana ngayon, sabi ni Ark.

Yeah, buti talaga pumayag ka ngayon kundi iisipin niyang dalawang ayaw mo silang makita. "Leo joins the conversation."

Leo and Mark laughed after what Leo said. Kyle continued eating his lunch, so after that, we continued to eat our lunch too. When we were all done eating our lunch, they continued to ask me randomly.

Following the completion of the kwentuhan and tanungan, it was decided that we would begin training for the hapon.Bago magkahiwalay Chloe suddenly asked the waitress of the restaurant to take a photo of us. Then after that, nagpaalam na sila.

"Bye," we all said, while Kyla and Chloe laughed. Kate also talked with Carl for a few minutes before coming with us.

"Bye love, bye girls, take care and take care of my princess please," Carl said.

"Yeah, we will, don't worry," Kyla repied. Then, after that, we went to our dorm.

"You should join us to watch their game in the semi-finals next week in Jaques." Kyla

"Looks like we're getting more comfortable with new things. Good for you, aya," Kate said.

"I hope so," I said.

After talking for almost 3 hours with them, I went back to my room and lied down on my bed. I spent a few minutes thinking about those guys that we met a while ago. I can see that they are fun to be with, even though each of them had a different kind on how they interact with us, but I can see that they are all good guys.
