KATE's POV
I noticed that Aya had returned to being alone and distant in recent months, so I decided to talk to her. However, while we were talking, she collapsed, so I panicked and called Carl to come here to the hospital.
"Love what happened to Aya?" Carl asks me
"I don't know, love, we were just talking when Aya suddenly collapsed," I said while I was crying and panicking.
"Shhh, she will be fine, okay," Carl said while hugging me.
"Should we call Kyle?" Carl asks me, but I suddenly recall what Aya told me a while ago: she doesn't want to bother Kyle anymore.
"No love, Aya, you don't want it." I will call her Lance then, since she was the one who really knew Aya. I said, "Kaya tinawagan ko agad si Lance."
"Hello Lance!" I said.
"Hi, what do you want?" "Is there any problem that I could help with?" he asked.
"Uhm, Lance, can you come here to the hospital?" I said
"What, what happened?" "Are you okay?" He panicked
"No, I'm fine; it's Aya Lance," I said.
"No way! "F*ck okay, wait for me there and I will come," he panicked. Then, after a minute, he came.
"Where is she?" "What happened?" he panicked while asking us.
"She's still inside." I explained that she suddenly collapsed while we were talking.
So I inquired of him.
"You know what's happening to her?" I asked, "Kaya di naman nito malaman kung sasabihin niya ba?"
"Tell me, Lance, what's happening to her." "You can trust me and Carl." sabi ko
"Okay, but promise to not tell anyone anymore, even your other friends and especially her family, about this, because she doesn't want to bother anyone anymore," he said.
"You can rely on us, bro," Carl says.
Okay, Aya already feels her head hurting during vacation, but it's gotten worse for the past few months than before the day that Aya and Kyle talked. Aya and I already went to my parents' hospital to know her condition, and we found out that she has BRAIN TOMOR, "sabi ni lance na," which made me shocked and Carl kaya mas lalo akong naiiyak.
"Oh, my gosh," I said.
"Shhh, she'll be fine, love," Carl said while hugging me.
"She was fighting alone all this time while we were also avoiding her," I said.
"It's because Aya doesn't want to bother you and her other friends, and most of all her family." That's why she told me to keep it secret. Lance explained.
We were approached by the doctor.
"I'm sorry to say, but her brain tumor has worsened, so I recommend surgery, but there aren't enough facilities here," the doctor explained.
"Thank you, doc; we'll get her in as soon as possible," Lance said.
"My mom already contacted the best doctors and hospitals in the U.S., so AYA needs to be there as soon as possible," Lance explained to us.
"Thank you, Lance," I said.
"No worries, Aya helped me a lot when we were young, so I just gave back for what she did." Lance
Then, after that, we didn't stay in the room to see if Aya was still alive and well.
AYA's POV
I opened my eyes, then Kate, Carl, and Lance panicked and asked me.
