KYLE's POV
Aya didn't tell us why she couldn't join us on our outing, but I already had an idea that it was about her mom who didn't allow her, so I just let her that time because I know she's afraid that they would just be mad at her if I went there and asked them. That's why she didn't tell us the reason.
So when Kate told her plans to visit Aya in their home, I agreed because I also really wanted to see her after almost 2 months and also wanted to meet her parents and family, so I really prepared myself before we drove to her hometown.
I was alone inside my car, which was a good thing because I knew Carl and Kate would laugh at me if they saw me this nervous.
We arrived at their house after nearly 2 hours of driving, thanks to the fact that we took the TPLEX to avoid traffic.
When we arrive in front of their village, naunang pumasok sila Carl and Kate, while I follow them behind since Kate knows where Aya's house is, kaya kasama ko sila.
I can see Aya's reaction when she saw our car in front of their house. She was shocked and looked surprised at the same time.
When Carl and Kate went outside Carl's car, I also went outside my car to greet her and her mom and dad since she was helping them clean their surroundings.
"Good morning, po, tita, and tito. "I'm Kate Aile Roberts, po Aya's friend." Kate greeted them before she introduced herself.
So when it came time for me to introduce myself to them, I became even more nervous.
"Good morning din sa inyong dalawa, ikaw hijo anong pangalan mo kaibigan karin ba ng anak ko?" Her dad asked me, so I got more nervous.
"Uhm," "Good morning, po. I'm Sebastian Kyle Ford Cruise, and I'm also a friend of Aya," I said.
"Naku kaibigan lang ba talaga?" Tanong ng papa niya ulit; kaya kinabahan ako ng todo at hindi makasagot; thank goodness Aya spoke up.
"Papa kaibigan ko silang tatlo okay," she said.
Oh sige sige, Papasukin mo sila sa bahay at maghanda ka ng makakain at maiinom nila gusto kung makausap silang tatlo lalo na itong napakagwapong binata. Her dad said, so I got more nervous and pinned down sa loob ng bahay nila at pinaupo sa sofa nila sa living room.
Their house is simple, but it looks so elegant because it is painted white on the walls, and the furniture is mostly antique, but it still looks good.
"So you're here because?" Her mother asked us, and she was much stricter than her father because of the tone of her voice.
"Uhm, we wanted to visit Aya po since we miss her already, right, Kyle?" Kate
"Yes, po," I stammered in response.
"Tamang tama ang pagbisita niyo, pabalik na rin siya sa Manila, mamaya," her dad said.
"That's good po. Pwedi po siyang makisabay kay kyle, since magisa niya lang sasakyan niya right kyle." Kate, ask me again.
"Yes, I can drive her back to her dorm." I said
"Ayus yung kung ganun," her dad said. Then, Aya gave us food and drink to eat, but while eating, I could see her mom staring at me before she asked me
"You guys didn't text me that you were going to visit me." Aya
That's why we surprised you by coming to visit you, and come on, aya, we really miss you, right? Kate
"Yeah," Carl.
Then her mom asked me
"So are you really just a friend of my daughter or more than that?" She asked me, but before I could answer, Aya spoke.
