Shay was on top of a building facing a supply house, the local Templar Office established it to be one of Torchwick's hide outs. Shay was looking through a spyglass and taking notes, he saw a bunch of White Fang members guarding the building.
Shay: Four on at the front, two on the back, one on the roof and three patrols of two. So far so good.
Shay then tried to look into the building through the windows, other than supplies of dust, the White Fang members were guarding some prisoners. To Shay's surprise, the prisoners were other member of White Fang, the only difference in the uniform was an orange arm bandana with some kind of black symbol. Yet that was not the most confusing part, one of the prisoners was an assassin.
Shay (in thought): What the hell?
As he was thinking what to make of what he just saw, Shay heard a sound hidden blade behind him.
Shay slowly reached for his dagger. The second the assassin tried to stab him, Shay blocked the blade and pushed back his assailant and took out his rapier, his opponent was a bear faunus asssassin, wearing blakc and gold robes.

Shay: ... Adewale?
Adewale: Hello Shey. It's been... what? A couple of years? We were just Assassin adepts back then.
Shay: This isn't possible. You died back at Signal, I-I killed you.
Adewale: So you thought. Thankfully the brotherhood helped me escape, and nursed me back to health. I waited years to get a chance to get you back and here I am. Your friend Torchwick will be next!
Shay: So your planning to double cross him?
Adewale: Wait, what?
Shay: Torchwick has gone rouge months ago. We thought he's working for you.
Adewale: So... you're here to kill him?
Shay: So he's not working with you?
Adewale: No, he's our main target in Beacon. We fought your order is making a comeback.
Shay: *chukle* Oh not just yet. Still, why are you here then
Adewale: A rescue mission. A few weeks back Torchwick realised we were onto him. Since then he became more vigilant and captured a few of our man. When you were spotted, I decided to come here myself.
Shay: I see. It seems we have a common enemy then.
Adewale: What are you proposing?
Shay: A temporary truce, until Torchwick will be punished for his betrayal. After that, everything will be back to normal.
