Beacon, Elevator on the way to Ozpin's office, 6:30 pm
When the colosseum closed, Evie told Pyrrha professor Ozpin wanted to see her. The two were now standing next to each other in the elevator, waiting for the doors to open.
Pyrrha: Did... something bad happen?
Evie: No. Well... not yet at least.
Pyrrha didn't continue, she realised Evie didn't want to talk about what Ozpin had to say. Finally they arrived in Ozpin's office and stepped out of the elevator. Ozpin, Qrow and Glynda were waiting for them. Evie made did a small bow before Ozpin.
Evie: Master Ozpin.
Ozpin: There's no need for that, rise. How are the others doing?
Evie: Doing their tasks, as instructed.
Ozpin: Good. Now, Ms. Nikos, please sit down.
He gestured to a chair in front of his desk. It took her a few second, but the confused Pyrrha took a seat.
Pyrrha: Professor Ozpin, did I do something wrong?
Qrow: Quite the opposite actually.
Pyrrha: Oh. I'm sorry, but I don't believe we've been introduced.
Ozpin: This is Qrow a trusted colleague of mine. You already met Ms. Goodwitch and Ms. Frye.
Pyrrha: if you don't mind me asking, why have you called me here professor?
Ozpin: What is your favorite fairy tale?
Pyrrha: I'm... sorry?
Ozpin: Fairy tales, stories from your childhood. Surely you must remember some of them.
Pyrrha: Well, there's the Tale of Two Brothers, the Brotherhood of Light, the Girl in the tower...
Ozpin: What about the Story of the Seasons?
Pyrrha: Well, of course. A callous old man who refused to leave his home is visited by four sisters. The first one understands his reclusive nature and urges him to use his time in solitude to reflect and meditate. The second brings him fruits and flowers, tending to his crops and revitalising his garden. The third warms the man's heart, convincing him to step outside and embrace the world around him. And the and final sister begs him to look at all that he has, and be thankful. In return for their kindness, the man grants the maidens incredible powers that can help them change the world. The accept, and promise to share their gifts with the people of Remnant. Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall; the four maidens. My mother loves that story.
Ozpin: Would you believe me if I told you that one's been around since I was a boy?
Pyrrha: *chukles* You're not that old professor.
Ozpin: Well, would you believe me if I told you it was true?
Pyrrha: ... I beg your pardon?
Ozpin: What if I were to tell you that there were four maidens existing in this world, that could wield such tremendous power, without dust?
Pyrrha: You mean... like a semblance?
Ozpin: Like magic.
Pyrrha: I...
Qrow: Yeah. First time hearing it's pretty crazy.
Pyrrha: You're serious?
Ozpin: Do I look like I'm joking?
Pyrrha: No. Why... why are you telling me this?
Ozpin: We are telling you this, Pyrrha Nikos, because we believe that you are next in line to receive the Fall Maiden's powers.
