Deidara x Reader (Love is a bang)

"I'm staying behind for awhile." You said before jumping away from the flames. "Ok" Orochimaru said "we'll be in the south base" Kabuto told you before they disappeared. You didn't stay behind to talk to naruto. You walked into the forest. You swore you saw the blonde wondering around.

As you jumped into the forest, you saw Deidara. You felt like it would be awkward if you just jumped out but did so anyways. "Hey, Deidara!" You called before jumping out of the leaves and in front of him. Deidara turned slowly and smirked at you "Y/N" he greeted before he sat down on a branch, feeling calm knowing it wasn't some strange person.

You two were talking for awhile until you looked at him "why don't you show me your so called art?" You asked and Deidara instantly stood up. "Of course. I'll show you what art is, un!" he boasted before he shoved his hands into his bags, his cloak flowing against the wind softly. He pulled his hands out of his bags and showed you tiny spider like things. "Oh?" You tilt your head as you stared at the spider. Without warning, he threw the spiders and put his hands together. "Katsu!" He yelled and they suddenly exploded. The wind sent you flying a bit but Deidara quickly caught you. "Art is an explosion, Un!" He told you with a smile. Your face flushed as you were in the boys arms. "Agreed" you say before you lean away.

You two talked for awhile more before he looks up and noticed the sun was going down. "I should go soon" you told him and nodded with a smile. "Where to?" He asked you. You looked down for a moment. "To Orochimaru" you told him and he froze before slowly looking at you. "Orochimaru.." he trailed off before he scratched the back of his head. He placed his hand into his bags for a moment before he leaned over to you and wrapped his arm around your neck playfully. "Orochimaru is no good, un" he nodded to himself and you chuckled at his words, it was kind of true.

"Bye, Deidara" you waved at him before you began to walk away. You smiled, feeling happy. You began to head south, having a base in mind. As you continued to walk, you sighed and ran your finger through your hair. "Orochimaru won't be happy if he knew I was talking to somebody that's his enemy" I sigh, kicking at the ground. Naruto, Deidara. You cared about them both and you would say you felt bad for Naruto. He lost his friend and now an op gang was after him.  You chuckled at this and grabbed a kunai from your bag before you began to twirl it. You pulled out a scroll from your bag and opened it. You had been making a new jutsu. It was a healing jutsu. It could revive somebody from the dead and it wasn't going to well. Unlike Orochimaru, you didn't have as much as chakra or knowledge to do his jutsu to revive people. You scratch the back of your head, deep in thought.

"If I can just complete this jutsu.." you whispered. You wanted to keep a good jutsu on you in case something happened to somebody. You didn't want to risk yourself for it though. You then thought. If you didn't have enough chakra, you can just use other people. You eyed the ground. would that be selfish?

"Nah."

You continued to walk, thinking strongly about your jutsu. "I can't tell Orochimaru about this.." you decided. If he didn't want you to do it, then it would be troublesome. You slowly bit your bottom lip, folding in the scroll and putting it back into your bag.
