You woke up next morning to Sasuke glaring at you sleeping. You rubbed your eyes before quickly sitting up in your bed. "Did I sleep through the whole afternoon and night?" You said, surprised before you looked at Sasuke. "And how long have you been standing there?" You frowned. "That doesn't matter. Get ready to leave. We're going on a mission" he said "that doesn't matter" you mimicked him before letting out a scoff. "That's kind of scary." You admitted before looking up to look at Sasuke.

Sasuke was just staring at you. You began to feel uncomfortable under his gaze and looked down."I should change then.." you said, expecting him to leave but he just stood there. You bit your lip as anxiety began to grow. What if he kills me? You took a sharp breath before you looked up to speak, only to be cut off by Sasuke pinning you by the wall.

You could have sworn your face was twisted into horror for a moment. Your face turned red and you stared at him. You felt your heart flutter before you shook your head and tried to push him away. "No, no. I can't do this" you whispered, voice cracking with grief suddenly. You grabbed his wrists and attempted to get him away but it was no use.

"Sasuke let me go" you grumbled, looking down as you sat in the corner of the bed, pinned to the walls by Sasuke. You still felt butterflies in your stomach but you couldn't love him. You were going to bring Deidara back. He was still your most loved man. What did you see in Sasuke? You didn't even know him anymore.

Maybe it was the mental pain he gave you which made you know that you were alive. The pain that chewed you up, knowing if this man didn't exist, Deidara wouldn't be dead. That if Sasuke wasn't alive, Itachi would be alive and Naruto wouldn't be suffering from the loss of a friend. You looked up at Sasuke again before grabbing the neck of his shirt.

"I still haven't forgiven you so don't mess with me." You growled softly, hands slowly letting go of him. "You hurt everybody you know. What do I see in somebody like you!" You whispered, shaking your head. You felt like you were on the borderline of insanity and sanity, nearly crossing into insanity. You clung onto sanity so desperately.

Sasuke still held your wrists and soon pressed your arms against the wall. "Hn" he chuckled after awhile, showing a real looking smile for once. Not something that made him look insane or depressed. A smile that had a positive meaning behind it. You tilted your head in complete confusion. "You make me laugh sometimes" his deep voice rumbled as his face remained a mere inch or so away from yours. You could hear his calm breathing.

You blushed at his words and looked away. "I don't know what you mean and I don't want to know either." Was your response. You puffed your cheeks up, trying to hide your embarrassment. After awhile, Sasuke pressed his lips onto your cheek and kissed you before he released you and walked to the doorway. "Get ready. It's a dangerous mission" he told you as your cheeks lit up.

"What the hell, Sasuke?!" You soon yelled, knowing well that everybody in this base was probably able to hear your scream. Now your feelings were really messed up. You didn't know what love was anymore. Who did you love? Why did you love? When did you love? How did you love? Everything was a question. You ran your fingers through your hair and stood up. "The answer to that is clear" you snapped at yourself. You just told yourself that for now, when in reality, you didn't know anything.

Tobi peeked into your room and tilted his head. "Does Y/N need help from the good boy Tobi?" He said, feeling him stare at you. "Hmm, sure. Just keep me company until I have to leave for my mission" you told him. He was such a nice friend, even if he was actually a demonic person who wanted to end the world. Tobi walked up to your bed and sat down, bouncing up and down in the bed as you two talked about missions.
