Heiko stood in the hallway while he answered the phone. It was a guy who represented a company they wanted to work with. These people could help them to put up some new special effects for their next tour.
Heiko talked to the guy for a while and arranged a meeting. They would have dinner and talk about what both wanted to be able to work together. When he ended the call he went back inside the room. Richi was now reading flipping trough Heiko his diary.
"It's interesting." He mumbled when Heiko noticed it.
"It's private."
"Come on! You already tell me everything"
"That's partly true.." said Heiko as he jumped on Richi and took his Diary back.
"An other time.. I have great news."
He explained that they would have dinner with the company and talk about future plans. Richi seemed excited about it.
"When is this dinner?" He asked.
"Tonight! So we better call the others."
"That's so short day!" Said richi with an annoyed face.
"Well... what else do they have to do since we don't work"
"That's true.. I think."
They both called the other members. To their surprise all of them could make it tonight.
"Usually one of us can't come" said richi with a laugh.
"Wonder who that is.." said heiko with an evil smile.
Richi gave heiko an annoyed look. They both got ready and went downstairs. The other members would meet them later in the afternoon before dinner so they could talk about what they would say at the dinner.
"We should walk Nila." said Heiko.
Nila who already heard it came running at him with her leash in her mouth.
"yes you are excited!" said Heiko with a childish voice. Nila jumped excitingly. Meanwhile was Richi looking at Heiko with a judging face.
"what?"
"It's so weird that you do that.."
Heiko laughed. He put the leash on Nila and walked to the hallway to grab his jacket.
"Are you coming with me?"
"I don't think I have a choice." he said while grabbing his jacket. They walked out the apartment into the elevator to go downstairs. It was a cloudy day but it wasn't cold. Nila walked excitingly ahead of them. They walked towards a park where Nila could run around freely and play with some other dogs. As they got closer, Nila got even more excited.
"she is just like you." Said Richi.
"how do you mean?"
"When we are waiting to go up the stage, You are acting just like she does." he said with a laugh.
Heiko looked at Richi with raised eyebrows. They entered the park. Richi closed the gate behind him.
"ready?" asked Heiko.
Nila sat down patiently and looked at him with big eyes.
Heiko took off her leash. "Go."
Nila ran off towards the other dogs in the park.
Heiko and Richi sat down on a picnic bench. They didn't use the bench, but sat down on the table with their feet up the bench."excited for tonight?" asked Heiko.
"not so sure.. I'm a bit nervous."
"Why?"
"i have a feeling something will go wrong."
"We will see.."
Before Heiko could say anything else, Nila came running back with a stick. Heiko played with Nila for a while.Later that afternoon
Richi and Heiko were back home. They had put a bottle of tequila on the dinner table. They usually took a shot of tequila before they had to do important things. "Liquid courage" was what Till used to call it.
The doorbell rang. Heiko walked over to the little screen on the wall to see who it was. It were Till and Chris. They had come together. Heiko opened the door for them. A few minutes later they walked into Richi his house.
"Hey boys!" Said Chris enthusiastic.
They all greeted each other as they all say down at the table. Now it's just waiting for Christian and Oliver.. said Richi who put some shot glasses on the table. They all talked about some things, when they got disturbed by the doorbell. Heiko opened the door and let Christian and Oliver in. They also took place at the table. Till was carrying a folder with papers in it. He put it on the table and took out some papers. He handed them to the guys.
