PAUL'S POV
I had finally emerged from our home studio after what seemed liked hours. I had woken up in the early hours of the morning, not able to sleep so I decided to use my extra time to work in the studio. I had told Addie my goal was to get all the lyrics finished and have most of the music written for the next coming album by at least the end of the month. Lately the kids have kept us more than busy, so I needed to use my extra time to get some work done. I had left a note on the door saying I'd be up once I was done. Addie never minded though. We've both pulled the whole "can you handle the kids? I really to get some work done" on each other a good few times. But we didn't mind. That's why we work so well together.
I came upstairs, not hearing the kids I peeked my head into the rooms to find them all asleep. Ah, I caught them right at nap time. Going down the hall, I found Addie reorganising her closet.
"Good morning. Or should I say afternoon. What are you doing?"
She quickly turned around, a handful of dresses in her hand. "Hi. Did you have a productive morning?"
"I did. Thank you." I sat down on the bed by her clothes. "Whatcha doin' with all these?"
"Well, I'm going through my closet and bringing all my maternity clothes back up front again. None of my shirts are fitting right anymore..." She said somewhat flustered as she shoved some dresses into the back. She always got this way at the beginning of each pregnancy, I loved it.
"You get so flustered at the beginning of your pregnancies. It's understandable that things are starting to not fit. The baby's getting big."
"Tell me about it! I swear I blew up in the last few week!" She smiled and ran her hand down her bump. "The doctor said that I'd likely show sooner in the fourth pregnancy." She turned to me. "I know we didn't plan this pregnancy to happen so soon...but I love having a family with you..."
I stood up, went over and pulled her in for a kiss. "I feel the same way...And we knew we wanted a big family."
"That's true...We did."
I ran my hand over her bump. "This is my son, I can tell.""Oh, can you?"
"I can. You're already craving the same things you did when you were pregnant with Matt."
"I'm glad you pay attention to what food I've craved with with child, because I just think about food in general."
I couldn't help but chuckle, running my hands down her bump. "You're too cute, darling." She laid back against me as I kissed her neck. "And beautiful..."
"Stop...We have to get ready to go Charlie and Lily's remember? First big family gathering since baby Ellie arrived."
"We can have some fun before...The kids are taking a nap..." I kissed her neck again as a small moan left her lips. "See? I know you want you...Your sex drive is always up when you're pregnant..."
She let out a small sigh before turning to me. "God, you drive me insane..."
"I know I do. Hence this little one." I poked her stomach lightly as she rolled her eyes.
"Oh yes..."
"Now come on." I picked her up, wrapping her legs around my waist and pushing her back against the wall. "We have enough time before we have to go."
"I guess we do..." She wrapped her arms around my neck. I began to kiss her neck again, slowly moving my way down to her shoulder as I felt her pull away. "Shit, shit, put me down."
