CHAPTER 21: TERRIBLE NIGHT

Glen's POV

Natigil kami sa paglalaro ng basketball nang ikinumpas ni Gray ang kanyang kamay. Mabilis naman kaming sumunod ni Jeo at Rio sa kagustuhan ni Gray. Lumapit ako sa kanya at tinanong siya.

"Bakit Gray? Ano ang meron?"

Huminga siya nang malalim. Hindi ko alam kung saan nakapako ang kanyang atensyon, napakamot siya sa kanyang likuran bago magsalita. Pero imbis na siya ang magsalita, bigla namang sumingit si Jeo sa usapan.

"Gray want you to help him to get back Angel in his life." Jeo said, at first Gray was doubted and never turned his attention to Jeo, but Gray gave me a look of a desirable man.

"Yes. He was right Glen, in return for the favor and as a consequence for you for being lost the game to me."

"Eh, ano ang gagawin ko?"

Nag-isip muna ako sandali ng plano. Pero awtomatiko namang sumagot si Gray sa gusto niyang ipagawa sa akin.

"Set us for a dinner later, in this area."

"Here in basketball court?"

"No, at the side of the swimming pool."

"Dinner at the pool is quite romantic. I'm sure magiging successful na plano 'yan Gray." salaysay ni Jeo kay Gray.

"Ikaw bro, kailan plano mo na mag-confess kay Trinity? Naku! Baka maunahan ka ng iba diyan ah!" Pagbabanta ko sa kanya.

Napakamot siya sa kanyang ulo, hindi makaimik at nataranta nang wala sa sarili.

"He's right Jeo. Why don't we double the dinner date with mix of confession later?" Gray asked as a suggestion to him.

"Sige, sabi niyo eh. Basta kung ano mang mangyari suportahan niyo ako ah?"

Gray and I just nodded each other, actions of showing support and convincing that everything will be successful.

Freia's POV

Magkasama kami ni Angel sa kuwarto ni Sandra. But Sandra is not here, nasa baba siya kumakain.

We searched for the diary that Sandra kept on keeping. I know what will be the content of her diary, but I want to make sure if I am right about my gut feelings. If ever na malaman ko pa kung sino ang guy na crush niya, eh tutulungan ko pa siya na mapalapit dito.

Sandra may be perceived as a simple looking girl, or some called her as a nerd, but for me she's more beautiful than us. She just didn't only know how to keep a good getup.

"I think this is it." Angel stated when she found a colored brown notebook.

Mabilis akong lumapit sa kanya at inusisa kung ano ang laman nito. Nanlaki ang mga mata namin nang makita namin kung ano ang nilalaman nito. This is not a typical diary, I don't know how to call this. Basta ang mga nakalagay dito ay more on lectures rather than personal entry, mayroong mga mathematics and scientific formulas, list of different codes about investigation and some other notes.

"Turn to the next pages, baka may mahanap pa tayong clue." Sabi ni Angel.

"Siguraduhin mo lang na hindi tayo mapapagalitan ni Sandra kapag mahuli niya tayo rito ah?"

"Oo naman. We just have to get along with our plan. Ako ang bahala dito."

Napunta kami sa isang pahina na akala naming walang laman. But we are totally wrong. May nakasulat dito gamit ang isang color red ballpen, it's a series of letters. It's written vertically, the letter that was written their was J H R U J H.

My head was totally sucked up. Ano ba namang klaseng notes 'to? Series of LETTERS that can't be read? Hmph!

"I think that note has a significant meaning to Sandra."
