Holiday Trip

Taehyung and Sohyun both love each other more than friends but they are afraid to confess their feelings because they don't want to ruin their friendship for 20 years.

Taehyung decided that it's now or never so he must take action before it's too late. He planned a trip for them to Jeju Island.

"Sohyun, are you free next week on the Holiday of our company?" Taehyung called her on the phone.

Taehyung and Sohyun are working in the same company but in a different department. Taehyung is in the advertising department while Sohyun is in the accounting department.

There is a 5-day holiday for their company because it's celebrating their anniversary. Instead of doing some events, they think that it is more appropriate to give their employees free time for themselves and for their family. Besides, it will only happen once a year.

"Me? I'll just lay on my beautiful bed that time. Why?" Sohyun asked but she knew that Taehyung wanted to invite her.

"Ahmm!! I just want to invite you to Jeju Island next week. If you are free. It'll be a 3-day vacation."

"Oh!! Jeju!!! Wait! let me think about it first because I don't have money right now." She really wants to go there to relax but the problem is she is saving her money to buy new shoes because her office shoes are broken.

"You don't have to think that because it's my treat."

"Oh!! Really!!!"

"Of course and consider it also as my birthday gift because your birthday is the day after our 5-day break."

"Okie! Thank you very very much. That is why I really love you, friend."

"I love you also, friend."

They both wish that the other one doesn't only see him/her as a friend.

"You must sleep now, Sohyun-ah.It's already late."

"I'm going to sleep later. I have to finish inputting the sales for this month first. You also have to sleep now. Good night!"

"Good night too." 

Their conversation ended.

After a week

Tomorrow is the time they will go to Jeju Island. Taehyung texted Sohyun that they will go to the airport separately because he is still in Daegu. His parents didn't allow him to drive back to Seoul because it's already too dark outside.

"Okay Tae, Drive safe. See yah!" Sohyun replied to the text message.

She is a bit sad because she will go to the airport alone and have to take a taxi alone.

Next day

She already arrived at the Incheon airport waiting for Taehyung.After waiting for 10 minutes, she called him.She was worried because it's his first time to be late. No one is answering so she thinks maybe he was driving. Her attention caught when he saw that there was an accident near the airport that is why her worry increased.She kept on calling his phone then he finally answered.

"Hello Hyun-ah, I'm already here at the airport where are you?" Taehyung answered on the phone.

Sohyun looked around to find Taehyung."Oh!! I saw you. Look at your right. I'm here! Tae, I'm waving at you now." Finally, they saw each other.

"Sorry, I'm late. There is an accident on the way." Taehyung said.

"Yeah I saw earlier on the news. Thank God! You're fine."
