New Years.
This may be like 5 hours late but hey,
It's the New Years.
I went to praise the lord.
And let me say
My church is Rachet
We had a highschool marching band come in and do percussion and step team.
I'm pretty sure the school was Afrocentric, legit school yall.
There school mascot is the Nubians.
Exactly..
But just they did rap, and then they put happy New Years 15 minutes before New Years truly occurred.
People left early
Do you not have watches or phones.
Do we use sun dials now people....
Just the New Years
Then they had a Jamaican spin on things
I go to a prominently Jamaican, east African, and black church. With a sprinkle of white and Spanish people.
But man they brought out all sorts of stuff people maracas and bongos. We had all sorts of things.
Then they went just straight black.
They had a pot and a spoon
Wash boards
Sticks
And tambourines
It was just......
I can't
I brought In the New Years
Old fashioned
But it was good
I got my Jesus in
Just the New Years.
