"Mama I'm ready to go back to the hotel," Star mumbled, stumbling up to her and laying down on the towel.
Jasmine wrapped her up in a towel, cuddling her close. "You getting tired honey?" She asked and Star nodded.
Jasmine looked up to see Anthony still playing with Brooklyn in the water. She could faintly hear them laughing in the water which made her smile. She looked down at Star who was half asleep against her.
About half an hour later, she waved Anthony over, knowing it was getting late. Anthony had Brooklyn on his hip and she was still wide awake, smiling from everything that had happened today.
"Oh, looks like someone's tired," Anthony whispered.
"Yeah, she fell asleep about half an hour ago," Jasmine responded. "I think it's time to go back to the hotel."
Anthony nodded and Jasmine stood up, holding Star against her. "Can you get my towel?" she asked.
He picked up the towel, setting it back in the bag and taking the bag. They went back up to their hotel room and Jasmine stroked Star's hair, whispering to her, "Hey sweetheart, it's time to wake up for a little bit. It's time to get ready for bed."
Star opened her eyes, mumbling something about being tired.
"I know, I know," Jasmine responded. "You just need to wake up for a little bit so you can get changed."
Anthony turned on the lights and she whined, burying her face in Jasmine's neck.
"I know it's bright," she said. "It'll only be bright for a little bit."
Star finally agreed and Jasmine set her down so she could go get ready for bed. Anthony went to take care of Brooklyn and Jasmine laid down on the bed, taking a few minutes to relax. She was exhausted, but the fact that they got to bring their little ones to Puerto Rico brought a smile to their face.
She opened her eyes and sat up when she heard Star calling for her. She picked her up, rubbing her back.
"You ready for bed?" she asked and Star nodded.
Jasmine laid her down in the bed and she looked around for a minute, confused. "Where's my blanket?" she asked.
"I don't know, is it in the sheets?" Jasmine responded, looking around. Brooklyn was already asleep in the bed, clutching onto her own blanket. "Ant, do you know where her blanket is?"
"It was in the sheets this morning," he responded, looking along with her.
"Star, I don't see it anywhere," Jasmine told her, kneeling down to her eye level.
"Where 's it?" Star asked, both of them noticing her lower lip starting to tremble.
"I don't know honey," Jasmine responded. "I think it may be gone."
"I want my blanket!" Star said, starting to cry. Anthony immediately picked her up, rubbing her back to comfort her.
"We'll go down to lost and found tomorrow and look for it, okay?" Anthony told her.
"Wan' it now," she cried, gripping onto his shirt.
Jasmine knew that part of the reason she was so upset was because they had a long day and she was exhausted. However, she also noticed that Anthony looked pretty upset. She knew it was the fact that he had bought this blanket especially for her when she was a newborn and he had put a lot of thought into it.
"Y'know what?" Jasmine realized, looking up. "It might've gotten swept up when the cleaning people came it to change the bed. We can ask the front desk first thing tomorrow morning."
