"I expect these done by the end of the day." I spoke jotting down my list for Charlie my new assistant
"Okay, would you like me to highlight your key words for the meeting on Monday morning with Mr.Stan?"
"Only if you have time, I don't want to push you behind." I stated handing her the list
"It's no problem, anything for you Mr.Pierce." She smiled taking the paper from my hands slowly
I sensed the flirtiness in her voice but paid it no mind, she was a very beautiful girl but right now Hasani has my attention.
"Thankyou." Giving her a closed smile she strutted out of my office
I leaned back in my chair, finally able to rest just a bit.
I closed my eyes just as my phone rang.
"What's wrong Epiffany?"
"You have a visitor sir."
I sighed, a little before rubbing my temples.
"Send them in ." Sitting up I moved around a few things on my desk I really didn't feel like being bothered whatsoever
"Well, someone doesn't look too happy to see me." Looking up quickly Hasani stood in the doorway with her arms crossed
"Trust me, you've just made me a very happy man." I laughed standing up greeting her with a hug
"That sounds more like it." Taking a seat on one of the smaller chairs in front of me "What are you working on?"
"Just a few developments, nothing major." I let out an aspirated breath
"You sound stressed, did you eat yet?"
