32: Who Is She

Jungkook POV

In utter confusion at my hyung's words who had hung up, I ran full speed to my car that was parked a bit further than usual, and rushed straight home like Taehyung said to. So many thoughts ran through my head as Taehyung's words kept repeating in my mind. Minhee is not who she says she is.....Kim Minhee is not who she says she is....I don't think Kim Minhee is who she says she is.....

What does that mean?! How is she not be who she says she is? I thought frantically as I tried to get home as fast as I could. My friend...My only friend...Don't betray me..........

With worry consuming me entirely I made it home after a long while as our house is hidden very far away. Seeing our mansion come in view, the gates automatically open as I draw closer to it without having to stop as the bots have done full car plate and facial scans numerous times already. I drive right in and park it in the garage where all 6 main cars are already there.

I get out, slam the door shut and run full speed inside the house. I bolt all the way up the stairs and through many rooms until I reach the meeting room.

I shove the door open then pant from running for a moment. My hyungs look at me silently as I then calmly make my way to my seat on one of the 7 black leather chairs around a circular white marble table in the centre. All the hyungs are already seated. I take a seat and immediately turn to Taehyung on my right. "What happened? What do you mean Minhee isn't who she says she is?" I panically ask. I had not the slightest suspicion about Minhee. And I'm the one who is around her the most!

"Taehyung think he's seen Minhee out of school grounds before...twice" Namjoon says standing up at the front of the table next to me. "And? I've seen her outside of school too" I say I'm a defensive voice.

"No not casually like that" Taehyung rolls his eyes looking with a black expression. "I mean the places I think I've seen her are very suspicious to catch her there. It's something mafia related."

"What?!" I nearly yell, widening my eyes. "You think Minhee is a mafia?!" I say disbelieving.

"How do we even know her name is Kim Minhee?" Jin quickly says before anyone can speak, sitting on Namjoon's left while I'm on the leader's right.

"What are you suggesting?" Yoongi says raising his eyebrows sitting next to Jin.

"We're not talking about that right now" Namjoon cuts in getting back on the main focus. "Start from the beginning" He says to Yoongi.

Yoongi takes the lead of the conversation. "Well obviously there are many small details that when put into a whole makes this girl suspicious. Taehyung and Jin have the main point but since I'm the one after Jungkook who sees her the most out of us. I've noticed some peculiar things" Yoongi speaks starting off with our eyes on him except Hoseok, who no one notices is tapping away on his laptop finding something while still listening next to Yoongi.

"Like what?" I ask not seeing anything wrong with her. "Minhee wears an earpiece to school on most days" Yoongi replies straightforward. "And not the kind of ones you get online. The really high quality ones you don't get in the market. The types we would use and produce."

Everyone looks confused and surprised at this. "What...?" Jin mumbles. "So?" I question, my voice very firm as I refuse to believe my friend is suspicious. I finally found a friend. And I'm not going to let someone hurt her or get to her without a fight. I knows she's innocent. Just an innocent, pained teenager.

Yoongi frowns. "The girl wears a watch with a tracking and recording device which is also Bluetooth and talk through her ear piece. The watch is either on her hand or in her bag. I've also seen her with recording eye contacts sometimes. Along with a few pocket knives disguised as pens. I know she's hiding more. Which student carries these items to school may I ask?" Yoongi questions sternly looking at me.
