42: Revealed Secrets

"W...What?" I mutter barely audible but Jungkook understands. I feel my whole mission collapse. I thought I was in control the whole time. What is this?!!!! How...HOW did he find out? The secret meeting? That was ages ago.

"Y-You've been spying me...this whole time?" I say breathlessly. My gun dangles in my hand down my hips as I completely forget everything from the tsunami of shock whose waves are taller than the eye can see. Waves of his stacking secrets finally crashing down on me.

Jungkook stays still at the end of the staircase with his hand still on the railing. He nods solemnly. "Yes. I suspected you from the beginning. And that suspicion was proven right when I found your location at the pub of that meeting" he repeats the events of a long time ago. But this time there's a twist. From Jungkook's point of view.

"My location?" I question, finding his choice of words unusual.

"Yes. Do you remember when I first got your phone number?" he asks. Why would I remember something from ages ago. Yet I rummage through and find that memory when he snatched my phone to memorise my number. "Yes...Why?" I ask confused from the question and fearing the answer. Suddenly everything has changed and I'm scared of how much.

"I learned from Hoseok how to track someone's location from their phone. I started tracking your phone. Even though it was your fake phone, luckily you had it when attending that meeting" Jungkook tells me how it all first started leaving me surprised. I had no idea he would do such a thing. But he did. I don't speak and let him continue his vial of secrets and lies to me. "Well, all of Bangtan was at the secret meeting keeping guard and backup of course. But only Yoongi, Taehyung and I were inside the actual pub" He says with no certain tone in his voice. Just explaining something he's been dying to get out. Wait....he was inside?! Where?

"You were also inside? But I didn't see you?" I ask horrified.

"Yes Minhee. We met face to face 3 times that night" Jungkook says purposely increasing the suspense. And it's working because my brain cannot process this!

"What do you mean?" I harshly spit.

"I was the man in black who bumped into you on the your way to the meeting room and purposely knocked your camera on the floor" Jungkook reveals the second secret. Something so minor that I would never have guessed.

"That was you?" I rhetorically question having not moved from the spot I've been in for a while, looking at Jungkook a few metres away from me.

"Yes. I did it to save my hyung's from potentially getting caught by you and your people that were recording." Jungkook pauses for a second making me realise that he probably sabotaged so many of my actions if he knew them...
"Actually I save both you and my hyung's in the same night" Jungkook says crossing his arms. "You know. If I didn't find who you were, you probably would have died ages ago at the hands in my hyung's if I hadn't saved you. And if I didn't find who you were, my hyung's might have died at your hands if I didn't save them. It's been...difficult trying you hide and save both your identity and theirs at the same time. But I think I've done well" Jungkook tells me his little speech on what he's vaguely been doing. My confusion hasn't decreased.

"What else did you do? You said we met 3 times that day. But I don't remember seeing you at all" I query onwards.

"We did, you just didn't recognise me. Remember when at the end of the meeting all the men starting coughing up blood?" Jungkook asks again to give context on what he's about to say next. "They were all poisoned before entering therefore my hyung's could kill them quicker. I was the one that was in charge of poisoning..." Jungkook continues leaving me surprised. I could never imagine sweet little Jungkook poison people.
