Day 3: Start with the line “Make your own,”
“Make your own wax hands!” The fair worker called. Calum looked at Andy hopefully, sending his boyfriend the look that always got him what he wanted. Andy sighed, but no one could deny the smile on his face. He always loved making his boyfriend happy.
“Alright Cal, c’mon.” Andy took them over to the stand, and the worker asked what color wax they wanted. Andy looked at Calum to let him decide, and to no one’s surprise he choose blue. Calum always told Andy how blue was his favorite color simply because of Andy’s eyes. He appreciated the sentiment more than Calum knew.
“Can we make ours like this?” Calum asked, holding him and Andy’s intertwined hands. The worker smiled.
“Of course!” They awkwardly managed to dip their hands in the wax, holding them there for a couple of minutes.
Soon enough they were thanking the worker and walking away with another reminder of a wonderful day spent together.
