You were at Midsummers, stuck in a conversation with a Kook about her recent boyfriend who she suspected was cheating on her. You hadn't seen JJ for a while and that was all that played in your mind because you knew he was fragile at the moment.

"I don't know, like I bet they've slept together already it's just so obvious-" She ranted on before being interrupted by JJ suddenly sprinting past the both of you.

He did a double take back, seeing you stare at him with confusion.

"I'm in a situation" He said after rushing over to you.

"What?"

He opened his mouth to speak but Rafe's booming voice calling for JJ took over. You both looked across the big hall to see Rafe and his friends catching up quickly.

"We gotta go" JJ said, grabbing your hand and running, you being dragged along with him.

He reached the bathroom, slowly down as he checked every cubicle.

"Care to enlighten me on what the hell is going on?" You asked, but he just continued to search for an empty cubicle.

"Jay?"

"I'll tell you once I've found a place to hide" He said, entering another room before walking into Rafe suddenly. JJ immediately held his hand back, pushing you behind him.

Rafe grabbed him and then pushed him over to Kelce before you had time do anything. One of Rafe's kook friends had his hand gripped tightly around your wrist. You tried to pull out of his grip when you saw how tightly Kelce's arm was wrapped around JJ's neck, but the guy was too strong.

"Hold him still. What do you think...a four iron right? Keep his head still I'm gonna line this up-"

"Very Rafe of you Rafe, five on one?" JJ mumbled, still struggling to get out of Kelce's headlock.

"If you could please stop talking, that's very disrespectful whilst I'm tryna hit a ball alright. Learn your etiquette my friend"

"Rafe don't you have some Kook's ass to kiss or snort coke off of?" You yelled, to which definitely got under his skin. A growl erupted from his throat as he stormed over to you and grabbed onto your throat, trapping your airways completely.

You heard JJ groan at the sight, struggling even more to free himself.

Rafe looked into your eyes. "Watch it pretty girl"

You frowned, taking him by surprise when you kneed him in the balls harshly.

He crouched over, making an "orrrrrr" sound but then quickly trying to retain himself as if nothing as happened. You knew he was still in pain, yet he didn't want to show his weak side to anyone.

He walked back over to JJ who was more furious than ever now.

"You're face looks really bad. Starting to look like your dad a lot more" He commented. JJ pursed his lips together at Rafe's words before spitting it him.

"Oh shit! Alright, it was-" Rafe was interrupted by the lights that began flickering. You all looked over to see the security guard turning them on and off, so Kelce quickly let JJ go and shoved him away, and the dude that was holding your wrist also released you.

You rushed over to JJ, deliberately bumping into Rafe's shoulder as you did so, giving him a nasty look, and stood beside him.

He brought his hand up to your neck, running his fingertips across it as an inspection.

"Gentlemen, is there a problem here guys?" The guard asked.

"Pardon me officer. No there's not a problem" JJ said, so you eyed him to tell the truth, "Actually yes, no, there is an issue. Uh we got a criminal trespass in progress here. Beep! Call it in, right? Blatant disrespect of private property. I'm in violation for all kinds of shit sir. But these young gentlemen-"

He paused quickly to fiddle with Kelce's bow tie.

"-caught me sir and they're about to take me away. And that's what you should do! Escort me out of here you got me?" He finished, holding up his wrists for the guard to take.

"Alright. Fix that tie son. You lookin spiffy too, you powerpuff girls have fun!" JJ started to tease as he was lead out of the room, but didn't get much further when Rafe opened his mouth again.

"Y/N looked pretty hot with my hand around her neck!"

JJ growled, ripping his arm from the guard and storming over to Rafe. Kelce got to him first, but his anger was so strong that he managed to elbow Kelce to the side. He threw himself at Rafe but you managed to wrap your arms around his waist and pulled him away a little.

"Don't put your dirty hands on her again, you fucking hear me?!" Your boyfriend bellowed.

You held his arm, pulling him away from the Kooks. He finally gave in to you and walked out of the room, his hand tightly in yours.
