Den's POV

Things gets better. We are now staying in Canada. Aly sold my apartment. They gave me the money but I gave it to Aly, I told him that that's my share for our expenses. He just declined and told me that I should keep my own money in case of them getting bankrupt. I know that he's joking about the bankruptcy. Tito Ruel offered me to finish College and he'll give me a job in their company. As for Aly, he's still undergoing his therapy. Aly also made me talk to a Psychologist, Ella. That's her name. Aly made sure that my mental health is fine, because when we ride their private plane going to Canada, I suddenly felt fear. Up until now, I'm still having weekly session with Ella. She's really fun to talk to.

"How are you feeling now?" I asked Aly.

"Better." He smiled at me.

Aly's working in their company. He's still having a hard time with walking.

"How's school?" He asks.

"Stressful. Ibang-iba sa school sa Pilipinas. Mas pressured pa ako because of Tito Ruel." I chuckled.

"Sabi na eh. I should call him again and stop putting pressure on you." He said.

"No, it's fine. I like it. It makes me excited." I said.

I sat beside him and hugged him tight.

"Thank you for doing everything for me." I said.

"That's nothing."

"I can't wait to prove myself one day."

"Yeah. I can't wait to see your name on the list of Billionaire Women." I know he's smiling.

I'm sniffing his scent.

"You smell like a girl."

"Really?"

"Yes. Did you meet someone?"

"Hmm. Yes? You remember Maddie? She visited me on my office."

"Hmm. That's why." I smiled at him.

He kissed my forehead. Aly introduced me to Maddie when we arrive in Toronto. Right now, Aly and I are staying in their house in Calgary. Back to Maddie, she's really nice. She just told me that Aly's lucky to have me by his side. She never said bad things about me, she's friends with Aly since their family are friends too. As for Aly's family, they never treated me like I'm different with them, Tito Ruel treats me like his own daughter. He cracks Dad jokes when he's calling, he always asks if I'm okay.

"Are you jealous?"

"No, why would I?" I fixed his hair.

"Nothing." He chuckled.

To tell you what, Aly and I started dating last month. He just casually ask me if I want to date him. Of course, I said yes. I don't even see a reason why would I say no. Besides, I already moved on.

"Diba, I told you, I'll make you rich, happy and successful?"

"Oo, you know Aly. Thank you for believing in me." I said.

Yes, he promise me that he'll do everything. I never asked him to do that. I said no on the first time he told me that. He just said that, they want you rich. They stomp on you because you're not on their level, then I'll make you higher than them. I'll make your pocket bigger. I'll make you happier. I smiled at him. He's the one who's really eager to have a revenge for me.
