Den's POV

I came home from work and saw Aly on our living room, playing with his ps4. I kissed his cheek.

"Hey, what time did you start playing?" I asked.

We're still staying here in the mansion. Dad never kicked us out. He's just letting Aly do whatever he wants.

"Uh. 9 am." He said.

I walked closer to him and sat on his lap.

"Babe, stop playing." I said.

"Last game, babe." He said then placed a kiss on my neck.

"Whatever. Where's Dad?" I asked then stood up.

"Oh, he said he'll be staying in New York for a week." Aly answered while his eyes are still glued on the tv screen.

"Change your clothes then go back here. We'll go somewhere." Aly added.

I went to our room, nagpalit ako ng damit. Sweatpants and white shirt. I'm sure kung saan-saan na naman ako dadalhin non. After changing my clothes, I went back to the living room. Good thing he's already done playing.

"Let's go?" He asked.

"Sure." I said.

He held my hand and we walk together heading to his car.

"Kuya Raf, ako na magd-drive." I said to Aly's personal driver.

He gave me the keys. Aly and I entered the car. He settled on the shotgun seat while I'm on the driver's. I started the engine and wear my seatbelt then nag drive na ako, Aly's telling me the directions.

"This is really awkward." He said.

The stoplight is red so I took a glance at him.

"I should be the one driving." He added.

I shook my head then continued driving when the light turned green.

"It's fine with me driving for us." I said.

We stop on an empty space.

"Are you sure about this place?" I asked.

"Of course. Let's go?" He said then goes out of the car.

I followed him, I made sure that the doors are locked, mahirap na, baka di kami makauwi. Aly never opened a door for me ever since we started dating, as in kahit anong pinto, car door, restaurant doors, and etc. Hindi naman ako umaangal and ipipilit ko na gawin niya yon para sakin. It's fine with me.

"Hey, relax. I won't kill you." He jokingly said.

I rolled my eyes on him. He holds my left hand and started walking together.

"Alam mo ba talaga kung saan tayo pupunta?" I said.

"Den, wala pa tayong 5 minutes na naglalakad."

"Aly! Pag talaga ako nahulog dito ha!"

"Sakin ka lang mahuhulog."

"Hey! Are you planning to push me in a cliff? Wow. I didn't know you'll stoop this low."

"Don't be a scaredy cat." He said then laughs at me.

"You're not taking me seriously." I said then slaps his arm.

"I am serious, ganyan ba talaga ka-lala yung trust issues mo." He chuckled.

"Of course not." I said.

Aly sat on the edge of the cliff. I'm just watching him from afar.

"Oh, come on. Sit here." He said then taps the space beside him.

I'm really hesitant. It's not that I have fear of heights, nakakalula lang talaga. Aly offered his hand. I accepted it and walk beside him. He helped me sat on the space beside him.

"You can open your eyes." Aly said.

I did what he told me, I am amaze with the view. The City looks small in here. The tall buildings looks small.

"Saan mo naman nalaman 'tong lugar na 'to?" I asked and leaned my head on Aly's shoulder.

"Vic's family owned a house near this place. We used to go there every summer. Tapos napadpad kami dito, naging secret place na namin to." He said.

"I love you, Ly."

"You're so random. But, yeah. I love you too." He said.

"It would be nice if you will seal it with a kiss." I said as I leaned closer to him.

He place a peck on my lips.

"When are you planning to go back to your work?" I asked.

"I already resigned on my job, remember." He said like he's reminding me.

"I know. But, is that really okay with you?"

"Den, it's fine with me. It's like I'm on an indefinite leave." He chuckled.

"Just tell me if you decided to go back working. We can postpone our wedding preparations." I said.

He hummed. We stayed for a couple of hours, watching the city lights, telling hilarious stories. Mostly, it was Aly and Bei's childhood stories. His misadventures because of his stupid cousin. I can tell that he had a fun childhood and that's what I want for our future child to experience.
