Den's POV

I woke up with white lights on the ceiling. I tried sitting but my head hurts like hell. I look around the room and saw that someone is sitting on the chair. Then the doctors entered and started asking me questions. I answered them.

After a while, I felt good so I sat down and saw that he's still there. The person earlier.

"Oh, you want to eat?" He ask and walk near me.

"No. Where am I?" I ask.

"Hospital?" He said.

"Where?"

"Manila."

I then remembered that Aly's hugging me before the plane crash.

"Have you seen Aly? H-he's with me that time." I said.

"Aly? Yes. The rescuers saw him."

"Is he fine? Where is he?"

"He's on ICU. He's fine, that's what the Doctors say."

"Gaano na katagal akong natulog?"

"One week. Why?"

"My body feels sore." I said.

I then stretched my limbs.

"Can we visit Aly later? Anyway, what's your name? Why are you here?" I asked.

"I'm Yeye. I'm one of Aly's friends. His father asked me to be here and accompany you. Yes, we can visit Aly later. Manghihiram lang ako ng wheelchair." He smiled.

"Bakit ka naman inutusan ng Dad niya?"

"When the rescuers saw you guys at the crash site, he's hugging you by that time, so they thought he knows you."

"How come he's still not awake?"

"Because the Doctors said, that his body is still recovering." Yeye explained.

When the wheelchair arrived, tinulungan ako ni Yeye na maupo at siya yung nagtulak ng wheelchair ko papunta sa kwarto ni Aly. When we entered his room, the only light in there was the lamp that's beside his bed.

"Hey. How are you?" I asked.

I held his hand. It's warm. I then remembered the warmness of his hug. The assurance that I'm safe. He's still sleeping peacefully.

"What are you dreaming right now?" I asked again.

Lumabas si Yeye at hinayaan ako dito sa kwarto ni Aly.

"Thank you for saving me. I really don't know how to repay your kindness since I'm broke. I hope you wake up soon so that I can thank you for making me safe. I should be the one in your position if it weren't for you." I fixed his hair.

May bandage siya sa braso at sa noo niya.

"Oh, Aly has a visitor." A girl entered.

"Uh. Hi." I nervously said.

It's Charo, she's a regular in our coffee shop, she's also friends with my Boss.

"I won't bite. Anyway, I'm sorry for interrupting."

"No, okay lang po."

"I see. I heard from his Dad that the rescuers saw you and Aly."

"Yes."

"Magkasama ba kayong pupunta sa Palawan?"

"Hindi po. Nagkataon lang." I smiled at her.

"I see. Anyway, baka pag bisita mo dito maabutan mo yung iba niyang kaibigan." She said.

I enjoyed talking to her until it's time for me to go back to my room. Yeye accompanied me. He peeled an apple for me. I told him that he should leave and rest in his house, nakwento niya kasi sa akin na one week na siyang nandito. At first, he's hesitant. Pero after some convincing, pumayag rin siya at nagsabing babalik nalang siya bukas.
