018 | surprise

i got a text from haruto,

hey i'm outside

i closed my eyes and mentally prepared myself for putting myself in this position. i grabbed my phone and bag and headed out.

i quietly closed the door and turned around to see haruto right in front of me. i flinched and stepped back.

he backed up, "sorry i didn't mean to-" i cut him off "it's fine sorry"

he took a look at my outfit and smiled, "you look pretty" i looked down out of embarrassment. he was wearing a black hoodie with a white undershirt just barely showing under the hoodie, black jeans and a pair of white chunky shoes.

i looked up at him and his silver chained necklace sparkled from the light in the hallway with silver earrings on.

"let's go" he said excitedly and grabbing my hand. i followed behind him. my heart started to flutter knowing he was holding my arm. we came outside and he turned to me, he smiled and he put the sleeves of his hoodie over my eyes.

"hey! where are we going" i said stumbling as he continue to lead me. "shh" he shushed me and laughed.

we walked for what seemed like forever, i stopped and exclaimed "we probably walked for an hour now! my legs hurt~" i mumbled.

i hear him chuckle and pressed down over my eyes, "you won't die we are almost here"

after a few minutes he said we were there, he took his sleeves off my eyes and revealed where we were.

i blinked a few times to adjust my eyes, we were at our school.
