Bang!

Mafumafu flinched at the loud sound, but he felt no pain. The muzzle was removed from his forehead and Mafumafu felt nervous.

What was going on...? Was this supposed to be how death feels like?

Shakily, he opened his eyes.

"S-Soraru-san...?"

His eyes widened in shock as he saw the raven-haired holding a metal baseball bat and the police officer slumped to the ground.

"This is a hallucination..." he whispered to himself. "There's no way this is real..."

"The one and only," the older male answered as he swung his baseball bat over his shoulder, letting it rest there.

The raven-haired male walked over to the police officer and kicked him lightly to see if he was actually passed out. He then kneeled down and took the keys before walking behind the albino and uncuffing his hands.

"Okay, done. Come on, let's go," Soraru said as he pulled the younger male up.

Mafumafu's body was shaking as he shook his head.

"Hallucination.." Mafumafu mumbled. "Th-This has to be... Why would Soraru-san even come here...?"

This warmth from Soraru-san... He must be imagining it. There's no way this could be real.

"I'm dead right... This is just a dream..." he whispered out as tears fell out of his eyes.

Soraru sighed as he took the albino's cheeks in his hands before pulling them, ignoring the younger male's complaints.

"You're still alive, snap out of it. But you won't be if you keep insisting on staying in this room," Soraru informed him.

Mafumafu winced at the pain as he looked into the raven-haired's eyes.

"Th-This is not a dream...?" Mafumafu mumbled out as more tears fell out of his eyes. "Soraru-san is real...?"

Before he could even continue further, he fell against Soraru, his exhaustion combined with his weak body after being starved and tortured for god knows how long, rendering him unable to support his own weight anymore. His eyelids fluttered in tiredness

"Woah... They must have really done a lot to you huh... But you're alright now, don't worry," Soraru assured him before he looked at his watch, realizing that they might get caught soon if they didn't get out of the room right then.

"We have to go now. Can you walk or do you need help?" Soraru asked as he looked at the exhausted albino in front of him.

"I-I can walk..." the albino said as he tried to take a step but nearly fell to the ground if it weren't for Soraru quickly catching him.

Soraru sighed before quickly picking the albino up, making sure to balance him well enough on one arm so the younger male could sit on his arm.

"Hold on tight, I still need to keep one hand free just in case," Soraru said as he swung his baseball bat in his hand a bit to make sure that he could use it.
