Sakata had somehow managed to convince the albino to get out of the house, and the two of them were roaming around the streets aimlessly.
As the two wandered around, they heard a rather worrying conversation from a pair of teens that were talking.
"Apparently they have a trace of who the kidnappers are," said one of them.
                              "Really?"
"Yeah, someone who reported one of the missing people said she last saw them with someone else."
"That's great, maybe they can catch the kidnappers quicker."
The two red-eyed boys nervously glanced at each other.
Mafumafu could only think of one person. That female bartender at the bar Soraru sings at.
Upon hearing that, the redhead looked at the albino in slight panic as he didn't know what to do.
"W-what do we do, Mafudon? I-if they find out then we're screwed!" Sakata whisper-shouted. "I-I tried to make sure to not let anyone see me but what if I still made a mistake and someone saw me?"
"It's not your fault, Sakatan..." Mafumafu gritted his teeth.
How could he have forgotten about that bartender?!
"It's mine." Mafumafu clenched and unclenched his fists.
                              What should he do now?
"Eh? Your fault?" Sakata asked confused before quickly shaking it off. "A-anyways, we should tell Nqrse and Ama-chan about this quickly."
"We should..." Mafumafu took a deep breath.
It's not too late yet, maybe he could use this in his favour...
                              "Oh hey, it's you!"
Mafumafu's blood ran cold as he recognized the voice behind him. A hand clamped on his shoulder and he awkwardly turned around, forcing a bright smile as he faced the blonde bartender.
"H-Hi?" Mafumafu said awkwardly, trying to recall the character he was playing that night. "Can I help you...?"
"You were the one who was with Soraru on that night, weren't you?" Kuro asked. She took a close look at the albino for a second before nodding and answering the question herself.
"Yeah, you are... Wow, I sure am lucky! Well, kind of unlucky but at least I am one step closer to getting Soraru back!" she exclaimed, talking more to herself rather than to Mafumafu.
"E-eh?" the albino stared at her, pretending to be confused. "W-What do you mean....?"
"Well..." the blonde mumbled. "After that night when you guys disappeared from the bar, Soraru never showed up again... Soon I found out that he got kidnapped as well..."
"Say... would you explain to me what happened after the two of you left the bar?" Kuro asked as she narrowed her eyes.
"E-eh?" Mafumafu tilted his head in confusion. "W-Well... we walked to my house... and then said goodbye... and then he left..."
