Dear Lady Grandmother,

Two weeks. Two weeks in Austria and I already feel at home. I did not talk to Nicolas much. I tried to meet him, I really did, but nothing. Princess Angela is very kind and I enjoy her company. Nicolas' mother still hates me, but I do not pay much attention to her. I think that Petra and Ana needed a vacation, so I gave them a few free days to go to Bulgaria and visit their parents. I am used to this country. The only thing that bothers me is Nicolas. I really want to get closer, but he will not let me. I have learned to play chess, so I will try to get closer to it with that. I really like the royal garden, it is so big and full of beautiful flowers.

 I would very much like you to come to visit with Dimitar. Speaking of which Dimitar, tell me how he learns to rule. I hope he manages to do whatever he wants during the day, yet he is still a child. Let me know what is happening in Bulgaria and do not forget to say hello to Hristina. Mariella: Good morning your majesty, I did not know you were awake so early.

Me: Oh, good morning Mariella. I could not sleep, so I wrote a letter to my grandmother. What are you doing here so early?

Mariella: I wanted to take your clothes to the laundry. 

Me: Okay, it is in the closet. Please, can you tell Petra and Ana they have a week off? And, can you take this letter to a post office?

Mariella: Yes, I will take this letter, but isn't it better to tell them yourself?

Me: I am going to spend day with Nicolas, luckily get to know him better.

Mariella: Wow, that is new. 

Me: Yeah, we will see how will this work. By the way, when he gets up usually? 

Mariella: About eight o'clock, so you have an hour and a half to prepare well.

Me: Correct. I am going to pick an outfit today, you are free today.

She just smiled, took clothes and left. Now, what am I going to wear today? I chose clothes for half an hour, and in the end I chose a baby pink shirt, a white skirt with flowers and white shoes. I put a little light pink on the eyelids, a little mascara, light pink lipstick and a little bit of blush on my cheeks. I curled my hair and put on pearl earrings and a pearl necklace. I also put my mom's ring for a good luck. I looked at the clock and it was already few minutes before eight o' clock. I walked slowly toward the dining room. I knew his mother would get up and have breakfast early so we would have time alone. The guards opened the door for me. Nicolas looked at me.

Nicolas: What are you doing here?

Me: Can't I have breakfast with my husband? 

He motioned for me to sit next to him.

Nicolas: And? What do you want?

Me: To spend a day with you.

He looked at me in shock.

Nicolas: A day? With me?

Me: Yes! As your wife, I demand a day with you. And, I heard that the Stadpark is a beautiful place for a picnic.

Nicolas: I would be happier if you were looking for clothes or jewelry.

Me: Well, you are not that lucky. We can play chess there. I heard you like chess.

Nicolas: Don't you want me to buy you a dog, so you can go to the park with it.

Me: You are so funny. Now really, I want to spend a day with you.

He thought for a few seconds.

Nicolas: Okay... go and get ready.

Me: Yees! (I kissed his cheek), I am already ready!

Nicolas: I'll tell them to get the car ready.
