I knew one day the bullying was gonna get better.

But I never suspected it'd take this long.

It got so bad, we had to switch my class times. I had to go to school 20 minutes late, and leave school 20 minutes early. Just so the goddamn kids wouldn't see me.

I have no friends. Where would I find any when I'm stuck in one classroom all day long?

Today was Friday, and it was a four day weekend after today. I was excited, considering I'd be out of school.

As of now, I sat in my classroom, waiting for my police escort to come pick me up.

Did I mention I have a police escort everywhere I go? Well I do.

I sighed with relief when the door opened, and Officer Daniels & Officer Brooks appeared, "C'mon Jayy, time to go," Officer Daniels said

I grabbed my bag, slung it over my shoulder, and followed them out. I half waved at my teacher, Mrs. Jackson, and she kindly waved back and went back to reading. The cops shut the door behind me and we started down the long hallway.

I saw the staircase approach, and I groaned.

"I hate stairs," I mumbled quietly, tredging slowly down
The cops laughed, and finally the front door approached. I sighed with happiness as the cops watched me leave school.

I turned on my left, and almost fell back.

There stood my biggest bullies, and I felt my heart pound in my chest.

"W-What are you doing here?" I asked, my skin turner pale

"What's it look like faggot?" He growled

[Perrie's POV]

I was silently walking around the school, since I decided to skip my last block, chewing mint gum and listening to Flyleaf. My head bobbed slightly to "Fully Alive", but over Lacey Sturms singing, I heard a male scream. I yanked an earphone out, hearing it again.

It was faint, but it was also close.

I turned off my IPod, set my bag in a nearby tree, and set off, my pocketknife in hand. My feet manuvered silently over the grass, across the concrete pavement, and towards the screams.

"Stop!" A male screamed

I quickened my pace, hearing awful words sprouting from someones mouth, "Shut the fuck up faggot! Let me finish you off!"

The "faggot" was whimpering, and I turned the corner swiftly. I almost gasped at what I saw.

There was Devon Aguliera and Adam Benjamin beating up a kid that I didn't recognize. Devon drove his fist into the guy's cheek, and the boy yelled out. He finally dropped to the ground, laying on his side. Adam kicked him in the stomach, the boy's back spazzing.

"Stop it! Please!" He begged, and I saw the blood flowing from the side of his lip

"Shut up!" Adam screamed, "Nobody can help you! You're a worthless freak!" He smirked

I had finally had enough.

"Hey!" I screamed

Adam and Devon looked towards me, and their eyes widened. I smirked evilly, tilting my head downwards slightly in a glare. I walked towards them, and the boy stared at me curiously.

"What do you want Perrie?" Devon cocked his thick brown eyebrow

"Who in the world gave you the right to beat him up?" I snapped, gesturing to the boy

Adam and Devon snickered, "Nobody did, we just did it anyway," Adam kicked him again, and the boy groaned and clutched his stomach

I glared, "I suggest you stop it," I threaten

"Oh, what's a little girl gonna do?" Adam said, cocking his head, "He's a worthless faggot. We're doing the world a favor," Adam snickered with Devon

"Don't you ever say that again. He isn't worthless. Nobody on this Earth is worthless. Especially not a harmless kid like him!" I screamed

Devon raised an eyebrow, "Look at him!" Devon shouted, and Adam forcefully moved the boy's head up, his hair falling in his face

I almost gasped. He was remarkable. Besides the blood coming from his nose and lip, his eyes were beautiful, along with his facial features. I grew even madder. Who could beat a beautiful kid like him?!

"I seriously suggest you stop beating him up," I growled, cocking my head at the bullies

"Says who?" Devon crossed his arms

"Says me and this goddamn blade," I smirked, flicking the blade out from my hand

Devon and Adam's eyes widened, and I swore one of them shit themselves, "If I catch you two ever hurting him again, this blade will play your balls a visit," I threatened

They cried out, nodded, and ran away. I smiled trimpuahly, but then heard the boy groan. I shoved my knife back in my backpocket, dropping to his side.

He whimpered away from me, "I'm not going to hurt you. Come on, I'll take you to get cleaned up,"

"W-why are you helping me?" he stuttered

"Because nobody deserves hate over what they look like," I replied, putting his arm around my shoulder

I lifted us up, and he moaned in pain, "Come on, I have a car," I whispered, leading him to the parking lot

I found my black Camaro, opening up the backdoor. I laid him gently down in the seat, covering him with my spare blanket. I walked to the other side of the car after I shut his door, starting the engine.

"It's gonna be okay," I say to him

I heard him whimper, "Who are you?"

"Perrie Jones," I replied, pulling out of the school parking lot

"I'm Jayy Monroe," he replied

"Hello Jayy,"

"Hi Perrie," He then coughed, and a spatter of blood left his mouth, "Oh God! I'm so--,"

"Don't worry. It's leather, I can wash it off," I smiled at him

He didn't smile back, but I knew he was happy he got help.

But I still didn't understand.

Why does he deserve this pain?
