(Perrie's POV)
Was last night a dream? Did I really become Jayy's girlfriend?
I flipped over, and saw Jayy silently sleeping, holding me around my waist. I smiled, touching his cheek. This wasn't a dream. This was....reality.
I decided to go make breakfast, changing into pajama shorts and an Evanescence shirt. I tied my hair up, and made my way downstairs.
I cooked bacon and eggs, with jelly toast. Jayys mom walked in, and smiled at me.
"How are you feeling?" She asked
"I'm good! Here's your plate," I handed it to her
"Aww, thanks dear!" she said
"My pleasure. I'll go wake Jayy up."
I strolled up the stairs, humming to myself. I heard snoring, and giggled. He always snored when nobody was in the bed with him.
I opened the door, finding him laying on his stomach, his arms tucked underneath the pillows, his head turned to face the wall. The blanket hung loose on his hips, barely covering his legs.
I walked towards him, sitting on the edge of the bed. I shook him softly, and he groaned.
"Go away Mommy!" He cried like a toddler would
"Babe, wake up," I whispered
He moaned, and turned his head to face me. He smiled at me, then tried to fall back asleep.
"Babyyyyyyyyyyyy! Wake up!" I cried, poking his face
"Nooooooo," he replied
"Yesssssss!"
"Noooooo!"
"You've given me no choice," I said as I laid on my side, and pulled his face to mine
I kissed him softly, feeling him kiss back. I smiled into the kiss, touching his cheek
I pulled away, and slapped his ass, "Okay, now get up. There's food downstairs,"
Jayy groaned, but obeyed. I left the room so he could change, and walked downstairs.
His mom was finished eating, sitting on her recliner and watching Oprah. Oh wow Deirdre, Oprah?
"Hi mom," I said, sitting on the floor in front of her
She started playing with my hair as I ate, and I felt like I was five with my mom braiding my hair while I ate cereal and watched cartoons.
Jayy trotted down the stairs without a shirt on and I laughed, "Do you own a shirt?"
"Yes, I just don't choose to wear them," Jayy retorted, getting his plate and sitting beside me
I put my finished breakfast on the floor beside me, sighing. I leaned my head against Jayy's shoulder, closing my eyes.
"So are you two together?" Jayy's mom asked
"Yes we are. I couldn't be happier," Jayy said, moving my hair from my face
"I'm glad to hear that. You've got a keeper, Jayy. Keep her close and don't hurt her. She really does love you," His mom replied
"I'll never hurt her. I'll protect her until I die, like she protected me. I love her so much, but how can you tell?" Jayy replied, caressing my arm as he held me close
"By the way she looks at you. Her body language. Whenever we talk about you, she's so lovestruck and dazed. She's in love," His mom said
I could feel Jayy smile against my head, "I love her so much I can't even describe it."
"That's good. But never forget to show it to her,"
"I'll show her everyday how much she means to me," Jayy said
"I think she's asleep. Take her up to your room," She said
He nodded, and picked me up bridal style. I instinctively wrapped my arms around his neck, resting my cheek on his shoulder.
"You're not asleep are you?" Jayy asked
"Nope,"
"So you heard everything?"
I felt my back hit the mattress, and Jayy laid beside me, "Yeah I did. I want you to know, that nobody has loved you, as much as I love you. You are my light and dark, my shining spark, Jayy. I love you,"
Jayy smiled, and kissed me tenderly, "I love you too,"
