The sound of distant chatter woke me up after mine and Thalia's long night. I swear we were up until 4 am... It was amazing.

Usually I was the giver, if I received it would just be once since the other was usually less educated on that stuff. The few times I had been with guys were unimpressive, which isn't too surprising. But no one had ever made me felt like Thalia did. The things she could do with those hands... and that tongue.

I found myself getting worked up just thinking about it. Since she wasn't still in bed with me I checked my phone quickly, seeing it was 10:30am I cleaned myself up a little in the bathroom so I didn't smell like sex when going downstairs. I put on the oversized t-shirt I had worn the day before and a pair of Thalia's tight Nike shorts that I found so I wasn't too exposed.

I walked into the kitchen with a big smile on my face that I was unable to wipe off. Thalia was standing by the coffee maker and her mother was on a stool, they both looked over and returned my smile as I approached them.

"Good morning, honey." Thalia said, the new name she called me made my heart beat faster every time I heard it. I reached up slightly to kiss her cheek as her arm wrapped around my waist. She was just an inch or two taller than me but I liked it.

"Morning." I said with a shy smile. "Good morning, Maria." I turned to her mother who was looking at the two of us with admiration.

"It is a good morning isn't it. Beautiful." She sipped at her tea and had a humorous look in her eye that I recognised from Thalia.

"It is indeed."

"I'll get you juice?"

"Yes, please." Thalia moved to the cabinets to get me a glass and then to the fridge to get juice. I loved how she remembered I couldn't drink coffee and although a British person drinking tea was a stereotype, I wasn't a huge fan.

She handed me the juice and I thanked her and took a sip, leaning on the kitchen counter. "Where's Mr Gonzalez this morning?" I asked Maria.

"On his morning jog. I'm surprised he has enough energy though."

"Oh, not a lot of sleep?" Thalia asked with hey eyebrows furrowed slightly. She sat on the counter next to me and rubbed my back gently with her hand.

"Just enough. From what I heard you two had a long night, also."

She took another sip of her coffee casually but her comment made Thalia stutter on her words and I knew I was beetroot red as I felt heat crawl from my neck and cover my face.

"Uh- I- I really don't... Mom!" Thal whined and covered her face with her hands, letting out more embarrassed groans.

"Erm. I don't really know what to say to that..." I admitted. "Sorry?"

Thalia was pacing round the kitchen, probably even redder than me at her mother's antics although I couldn't help but find it a little bit funny.

"It's okay dear, no need to apologise. You sounded like you were having fun!"

"Jesus! Mom, really?" Thalia groaned like a teenager and I let out a little chuckle that I quickly shut down over an goofy glare from her.

"Oh, Lia. Relax I'm just messing with you. You're father's the one you should be worried about."

Thalia visibly cringed and let out yet another groan, as she plopped herself down on a stool opposite her mum.

Trying to break the tension, and make Thalia feel less uncomfortable I asked a question."Uhh, should I make toast, Thal?"
