Hi :) I'm sorry it's been a while but I'm getting back into school stuff and writing hasn't really been on my mind. This story is coming to an end but I still don't really want to rush it :/   Anyway here's a chapter that I'm just going to make up as I go.

Harper's POV:

"Stop whining and come here I need to fit it properly." My girlfriend said sternly as she stood over me with a tape measure round her neck and her glasses on the top of her head.

"I'm only gonna wear it once, what does it matter?" I argued back, groaning and stretching my sore body out on my lush bed.

When I opened my eyes and saw Thalia standing with her arms crossed and an eyebrow raised I got up off of the bed and put the gown back on, not wanting to argue with her scary teacher mode.

It was the day before graduation and I was kind of wanting to get it over with. Graduation from school wasn't a thing back home so I still didn't see the big deal but my friends were pretty excited which was cute.

"So, you're graduating..." My girlfriend mumbled due to the pins she held between her lips as she pulled at the black gown.

"Incredible observation Ms Gonzalez, indeed I am." I saw her roll her eyes in the reflection of the mirror in my room which made me smirk.

"You know what that means right?"

"We can be free." I answered. She let her grip of my gown loosen and I turned in her arms to face her. Her arms wrapped around my waist and mine went over her shoulders.

"I'm happy." She whispered, her eyes trailed down my body before meeting my gaze.

"Me too, baby." I replied. We leant in simultaneously until my lips met hers. The familiar electric rush ran down my spine when we kissed and reminded me I would never get bored of the feeling.

----

"Harper get your ass down here we can't be late to this!" My best friends shouted from downstairs.

"I'm coming!" I yelled back. I fixed the final curls on my head and let out a sigh as I looked at myself in the mirror.

Making my way down the spiralled staircase, I smiled at the familiar sound of family members and friends chatting in the open space.

"You look beautiful, Harper." My brother said to me when he saw me, drawing others attention onto me.

I smiled at him, not being able to take a compliment, and nodded at my my two best friends to indicate we were ready.

When we arrived at the school, I began feeling butterflies in my stomach. The fact that graduation had been sneaking up on us this whole time meant all the excitement and nervousness came crashing down on the very day since I'd been so distracted this year.

This topic was mainly what I was focusing on throughout the Graduation speeches, up until mine and my friends names were called so we could go up and collect out certificates.

I stood and cheered for Jason and Amie as their names were read out by the principle.

"Harper Carrey!" I couldn't wipe the smile off my face as my name was read out and a circus of applause flooded the area. Making eye contact with familiar faces, I walked from my seat and up to the stage.

As I stood up there, my eyes scanned the crowd of friends, family and enemies I had made throughout my short, yet eventful time at this school. However, after shaking hands with the principle, the love of my life's eyes caught mine and the smile she gave me sent an electric current through my entire body.

The red lipstick she wore on her perfect lips made it incredibly hard for me to stop myself from running up to her and kissing her, but I knew life would be a lot easier for us now...
