Woah, I haven't updated in forever! :o
Sorry, I just don't enjoy writing this story as much anymore :/ (well I like writing the story - just not this part. I want the action! lol) but i shall not leave it unfinished! *applause*
now, reeaaaaddddd....
------------------------
I finish my meal and walk towards the timetables once again.
41 minutes. What was I supposed to do with the time? I prop myself up against a wall and look at the people walking past.
I find myself deep in thought, until a foreign looking woman begins to talk to me.
"Gate eight?" she asks, obviously not fluent in the English language.
"Um, where you from?" I ask.
"Spain," she replies.
"Oh, okay," I say.
"You speak Spanish?" she asks.
I don't, but I find myself nodding.
She smiles happily and begins to speak Spanish, but what confuses me is that I actually understand her.
"I'm looking for gate eight, do you know where it is?" she says.
"Where's it heading?" I ask casually, unsure of how I suddenly understand Spanish. Oh yeah, my powers.
"London," she says.
"I'm going there too!" I exclaim.
"Good, we should go, plane leaves in about 40 minutes," she says.
"Yes, okay, but I must find my friend," I lie.
"Oh," she says, "Well then you can find her, goodbye."
I feel sort of mean, but oh well.
--------------
Gate eight.
"This way, can I see your ticket? Okay, go ahead," says the security guard as he stands by the entrance to my plane.
I crouch down behind a table nearby and turn myself invisible.
I stand up and walk towards the entrance.
As I get closer, I nearly hit a woman but luckily swerve away on time.
"Go ahead," says the security guard to a man as I carefully slip past him.
I breathe a sigh of relief as I walk towards the plane.
London here I come...
