eyes don't lie

Yena's POV

Okay so I'm really starting to believe that there's something going on between Chaeyeon and Sakura unnie.

I mean, come on! Those stares definitely mean something else. And 'jagiya'? Seriously! I think they may *potentially* like each other or if not, maybe one of them likes the other. I can't possibly be the only one who can notice it. They're way too obvious.

Then, like the genius (that I already am), a bright idea comes into my mind as I stare at the top bunk in boredom. I get up from lying down on my bed and I search around for my phone.

When it was nowhere to be found in our room, I search around the dorm. Eunbi unnie is busy preparing some snacks, Hyewon is busy eating the snacks that Eunbi unnie is preparing while Yujin and Minju are watching a series, with Chaewon literally knocked out beside them.

"Yay snacks!" I cheerfully say, running into the kitchen to have a taste of it.

"Please get out."

"But how come Hyewon---"

"What? I'm helping her with the flavors."

"Flavors my foot." I counter. "I'll go to the other dorm since you don't seem to like my presence here." I playfully complain.

"Yena-ya, don't be so dramatic." Eunbi-unnie tells me while the girl beside her simply laughs.

"Shh, unnie. We can't hear what we're watching."

I acted like I was playfully mad at them by stomping out of the dorm, making sure my steps were loud enough for them to hear.

"Yena unnie, what brings you here?" Yuri acknowledges, looking away from the TV screen as she does so.

"I'm bored and they don't want me there."

"Aigoo, come here." She coos, extending her arms out for me.

Just like Minju and Yujin, she was also watching something together with Nako and Wonyoung.

I excitedly run towards her and snuggle into her expectant arms. Nako and Wonyoung were right beside us and they were positioned in a manner wherein the younger one was being cuddled by Nako-chan despite being the bigger person between them. I slightly smile at how adorable they look.

In the middle of the movie, I turn to see Wonyoung literally snoring on Nako's lap, while Yuri was trying her best to fight the urge to fall asleep.

"Where are the others?" I ask her.

"Oh they're in their rooms, I think."

Exactly the same time she had answered my question, Kkura unnie comes out of her room---

But wait a minute.

That isn't her room.

I vividly remember them saying Tomi and Chaeyeon will share a room together when it was our first week at the dorms.

Did they change roommates already?

A few minutes after she'd gone out, Chaeyeon follows as well.

"Do you guys want to eat anything?" She asks us after yawning and rubbing her eyes.

"I'm good, unnie." Yuri answers.

"Oh hello Yena-ya. What brings you here?"

I quickly stand up from where I was situated earlier and I follow her to the kitchen. "The real question is why did Kkura unnie come out of the room you share with Hiichan?"
