Sakura's POV

"Uri durira gwaenchana crazy in love, crazy in love~"

"Woah, they all look so cool." Yena breathes out in admiration as she watches a group from the screen while we all settle in the waiting room.

I think it's that group called Seventeen? The one with so many members who can dance so well at the same time?

Yeah, I think it's them, and they're currently performing a song called 'Crazy in Love'.

"Look how synchronized they are." Minju commends, her eyes shining with awe and amazement.

"Crazy in love, crazy in love~" Eunbi unnie attempts to imitate their moves, but she just appears like a worm that's been sprinkled with salt. I laugh at her silliness.

"I can't believe we're going against them for number 1 this week." Yujin remarks.

"That is just their special stage, right?" Chaewon questions and we all nod and agreed in reply. "Woah, they're performing like it's their actual performance already."

Unconsciously, we find ourselves being so amazed at their special stage as most of us are basically engrossed on the TV screen in front of us. I subtly take a glance at Chaeyeon, who was showing no interest at all. She was just using her phone, probably scrolling through our social media accounts.

We haven't really talked ever since that confrontation we had. I tried avoiding her as much as possible too, so I guess she'd given up on trying to approach me.

To be honest, I badly miss her, and I'm so mad at myself for having the nerve to snap at her like that. I know I'm the wrong one between us, I shouldn't have let my emotions get to me.

Everyday, I always try so hard to face her, to clear the air between us, but somehow I always back out at the last minute. I really didn't know what to say, I can never give a valid reason why I hurt her.

"Will you really not talk to Kkura unnie yet?" I hear Yuri ask the other.

"I want to give her some time to think." Chaeyeon softly answers.

"Yaaaa, you're acting like children, unnie." Yuri whines. "Why can't you two just admit you like each other and just date already so we can all be happy?"

"I highly doubt she still likes me though. I bet she hates my guts right now and I don't want to annoy her, maybe she needs space, I don't know."

"Don't you miss her?"

"I do, a lot actually."

A knock on the door suddenly cuts my thoughts off as a staff member politely gets our attention.

"Excuse me, is Ms. Chaeyeon here?"

"That's me, why?"

"Oh there's a special delivery for you."

Upon hearing those words, our heads turn to her as she hesitantly accepts the present from the staff, bowing to him before he leaves the room. It was a bouquet of beautifully arranged roses and sunflowers.

"Omo omo!" Yujin gushes.

"'I know you'll do well in your performance. You look really pretty today. Love, your admirer'." Yena reads from the note.

Everyone practically hollers after hearing that while I notice Chaeyeon's cheeks turn a shade of red.

"Hmm I wonder who's it from." Wonyo says, admiring the flowers that her unnie is cradling in her arms.
