It was the next day after classes and you were in the first in the ORC building. Going to your bag and taking out some "notes" for an assignment. They were homework answers from one of the guys in class. How did you get these and what will happen when the girls step in?

Akeno was the first. "Is this it? Are we the only two?"

"To my knowledge." You answer her and continue to copy the notes and answers down for tonight's homework.

"What do we have here?" Akeno walked towards the same couch you were sitting on. Thought something looked odd. Homework papers and then instead of a text of some sort there is the same identical papers on the opposite side... She saw this and was confused. "What are you doing naughty boy?"

"What I have to do."

Akeno gasped. "You're cheating!"

"It's homework and we're busy. So what?"

Akeno shook her head. She was annoyed. "So you're copying answers off of someone who already did it? He trusts you with that paper? How did he agree to that?"

"He asked what it was like to be in a club with cute girls in it. I gave him an honest answer. Said that all of you are great to be around and if I don't return this tomorrow morning before homeroom he clocks me. One assignment done and tonight I focus on my essay when I get home. Alone if that makes you feel better."

"Hmph. A man should work hard. No?" Now she was getting pouty. How was this going to go? It was only the two of you after all. Who was next to come in.

"And adapt. And negotiate. Among other things."

"Why is cheating okay?"

"We're Devils. Known to lie, cheat, steal, and everything bad. Depending on who you ask that is. I negotiated with a possible ally, came to terms, he got his answer, I got all of mine, and tomorrow when completely an absolute win. I don't get it. What's going on?"

"Which one of you would like to explain what's going on?" Rias entered the room.

"Our man is cheating." Cried Akeno.

"Woah. Hang on. Our meaning who and don't make it out as if I'm committing a serious crime." You are defending your case. As if you're ever going to win this one.

"Let me see." Rias walked over. Looked down at the homework assignments. "Did you read the text?"

"I did. Homework came right before we left. That's it. Don't we have a pact tonight? Instead of a late night I'm shaving time off my time to devote to an essay. What's wrong with all of this?"

Rias shook her head. "Think as a student. Not a Devil. Your studies reflect on all of us. In doing so, we must do our best. The negotiation seems fine. But that lacks effort in studying. If he gave you one or two answers that is one thing. The whole sheet that you did not put time into is no effort. That's taking your pencil and tracing."

"Thought it was freeing time."

"Hmph. Cheating is okay?"

"We're Devils. Didn't slip my mind that was a big no. One time deal? I can compensate of course. Just didn't know that was a thing."

Rias sat on the opposite couch. "You should see Xenovia and Issei hit the books."

"Understood. Though moving on after this blunder, what do we got tonight? Are we hitting somebody? Doing a check up? What is it?"
