20- Kate and Geeta's sacred vow

Kate's P. O. V

I don't know how to talk to Justin, or what I should talk about. All I wanted to tell him was "stop being a jerk to your mom" but I can't say that. He was also acting sort of strange. Their was a whole lot of awkwardness between us and we both could feel it, but none of us wanted to talk about it. I just wanted the class to be over, every second was feeling like an hour.

"Don't forget you all have to submit your synopsis of the final project tommorow" Mrs Tanner said earning a shocked and terrified reaction from everyone. (She didn't said anything about this before. Basically synopsis have to be submitted a week before project so we had like 4 months for it. )

She noticed are reaction and then said
" Dint I told you about it before, "

"No" one of the student said on behalf of the whole class

" Well now you know. If I don't get your synopsis by tommorow, your project would not be approved and you will fail"she said and continued with whatever she was teaching like she dint just dropped a bomb upon us

Everyone groaned, nobody wanted to fail. Making synopsis is not that hard but it needed a good thorough research.

"So the synopsis" Justin finally said breaking the awkwardness between us

" Don't worry about it, I can do it"

" Oh no, we are partners we should do it together "

" Um but I don't have a free period today"

" That's okay, we can do it after school, my place? "he asked casually.

"What.no" I blurted out

" Why not " He asked narrowing his brows

A. I need to go home. What will I tell Harry.
B. I don't want to spend another minute with you.
Offcourse I can't tell Justin any of my totally valid reason

" We could do it at your place if you prefer" He said ,when I didn't answer for what seemed like eternity.

"No, your place ,lets do it at your place. I mean your place is fine. Totally fine " I blabbered . I don't really have a choice other than agreeing with him I can't really invite him to my place

" Relax Kate Aryn I am not an axe murderer. I promise" He joked

I gave him a small smile

" So ,meet me at the main gate after school "

" We first need to pick some books at the library"

" Okay. I will meet you there ,then we can go "

I nodded

After the class ended I texted Harry that I will be a bit late as I have a group project to complete and waited anxiosly for a reply. He replied Ok, and I sighed in relief.

Harry is an extremely moody person he reacts according to his mood . At one moment he would be this really nice, amazing person and ,at the other he would act like a devil on crack. You never know with him.

"It seems like I haven't talked with you since ages " Geeta said dramatically

" Yeah literally ages, we talked this morning the last time " I said sarcastically

" Yeah exactly " She said .I think G is the only person in the world unaware of the term sarcasm.

" So what is it the big secret you wanna tell me" I asked
