MARKING-II

HERMIONE POTTER POV:

I woke up feeling a little cold. I opened my eyes and saw Draco. I smiled at him and snuggled closer to him. As soon his warmth touched my body my body started getting normal. I closed my eyes and let the darkness take over me.

GINERVA WEASLEY POV:

As soon the news reached that Draco and Hermione are in middle of getting marked, Lucius Narcissa were first one to come at noon followed by James and Lily and then Allison and Hayliegh flooed in followed by George and Fred. After them we ceased the floo network.

Me, Narcissa, Lily and Luna were in Draco and Hermione's room for whole time while Pansy, Astoria, Hales and Ally were taking care of lunch and dinner arrangements. Harry, Blaise, Neville, Fred, George and Theo were all out in garden getting to know all about the traditions from James and Lucius.

"Is it painful Lily?" I asked her breaking the silence as Tori, Pansy, hales and Ally joined us after dinner. "No Ginny if you consummate in a week after engagement it is not, but after that it gradually starts becoming painful" she said and Narcissa nodded.

"Do all of us get this?" Astoria asked. "No, only families which have opted for to do" Lily answered. "Tell us all about it please" Pansy said and the ladies nodded.

"If the man you are going to marry has the tradition of tattoo in his family then after you both are engaged you will need to consummate and after three days of consummation you will start getting the tattoo" Lily said. "The male gets the tattoo just above his heart marking that his heart belongs to you. The man's tattoo is the thing which you will add in their family while you will get the tattoo of what your man or his family represents and the place is also already chosen, all females that are to be wed in that family will have same tattoo on same place" Narcissa said.

"The Zabinis have snake which is tattooed on the back of their neck, The Notts have Jaguar which is tattooed on their right ankle while the Longbottom have Tigers which is tattooed on their right shoulder" Narcissa added and all girls looked a little shock not me because Hermione had already told me about it.

"What do you have?" Tori asked and Lily turned around. Narcissa lowered the back of her dress and there in centre was a lioness and three cubs around her "The lioness represents me while the cubs are my children, two daughters and one son" she said proudly.

"Narcissa yours" Pansy asked and Narcissa stood up. Lily used her wand and tore the waist region of Narcissa's dress and there was a dragon. Lily quickly sealed the part with one tap as we awed.

"Ally and Hales do you?" Luna asked them and they smiled before raising their sleeves, I saw identical weasels on their left shoulder. "Wow, can't wait to consummate" Tori said and we laughed.

"Now girls don't tell anyone we told you this, I think people still prefer to keep it a secret, anyway now let's go to bed. Tomorrow morning they both will wake up" Lily said and we all got up. Draco and Hermione were still asleep when we left their bedroom.

Lily and Narcissa slept in Luna's room while James and Lucius took Theo's room. Hales, Tori, Pansy, Luna and Ally came in my room while Boys went in Pansy's room. We got sleeping bags and talked till midnight. Even though we had to adjust a lot we still enjoyed the night, joking and talking about boys.
