The Hunters Weakness [1] Theo Raeken

Chapter Seven:

Theo took one last look at Khloe before he ran into the night. He knew he couldn't stay due to the fact her brother was with the hunters. As for Khloe he didn't know who's side she was on. He hoped she'd be on his side. Scott has always said Theo doesn't have much of a heart but his heart was hurting right now because he didn't know what to do about Khloe. He may act as if he doesn't care but deep down he cares too much and it kills.  

Theo walked into his house to be ambushed by the pack "What the hell is going on?" He asked them "Peter asked us to meet" Scott answered "Do you know why?" Stiles added "I might have an idea" Theo chuckled "I called you here because your Chimera here has betrayed us" Peter blurts out gaining everyone's attention "What happened to your shoulder?" Derek asked "Khloe Silvers happened" he says where Scott turns his head to Theo with a questioning look "He helped the hunter" Peter mentions "Because you kidnapped her brother" Theo yells "You did what?!" Scott shouts at Peter "Are you siding with him?" Peter snaps "You can't be serious. She shot me with an arrow. Theo here attacked me to help her" Peter added touching his head to show the pack the blood on his fingers. 

"What the hell Peter! Why the hell would you do that.....Theo thinks we can trust her" Stiles says "I know for a fact we can trust her" Theo says "I believe you" Derek blurts out. Ever since she shot him with an arrow he felt this feeling but he couldn't explain it. He finally understood that feeling.....It was trust "You do?" Theo asks him "Yes I felt it that night she shot me" Derek answers only to earn a look from his uncle. 

"You're all gonna get bit in the ass" Peter snapped "No I don't think we will. I think your hell bent on revenge so believe me when I say this. If you do anything to hurt Khloe or her brother I'll come for you even if Scott tries to stop me. I don't care I'd turn on him if it meant keeping Khloe safe because I know for a fact she can be trusted" Theo shouts "You're letting your feelings cloud your judgement....It's blinding you" Peter says "I believe him. Stiles and Derek do too" Scott says "and I believe him too" Lydia calls out "and so do we" say Chris. Peter couldn't believe what he was hearing "Either you side with us on this or you're out of the pack" Scott adds "Then I guess i'm out of the pack" Peter snaps before he walks out the door slamming it behind him. 

Scott's eyes met Theo's where he just gave him a small smile "You better be right about her'' Scott says "I'm right I know I am" Theo answers. 'Thank you so much for tonight -K' Theo looked down at his phone and smiled at the text 'I'd do anything for you -T' he typed and pressed send. Theo felt like an idiot. He'd kissed her tonight and didn't say anything about it. He didn't tell her how he felt. 

The entire ride home Logan's eyes never left his sisters. He couldn't understand how she managed to find him and take down Peter by herself. It didn't make any sense until he remembered seeing her with Theo Raeken in the woods. Was Theo helping her? Was she helping Theo? But if that was true why the hell would she be helping a Chimera? Loads of different scenarios went through his mind yet none of them made sense to him. 

She unlocked the front door and moved aside so her brother could go into the house first. Her parents weren't home. They were out chasing a lead with Kyle's father Charlie "If I ask you something will you answer me truthfully?" Logan asked "Of course I will" she tells him "How did you find me and take on Peter Hale by yourself" he asks "I didn't.....A friend helped me" she says quietly "Who helped you?" he questioned "I can't tell you but I think I can trust this person. I wish I could tell you more but I can't" Khloe comments "Just promise me one thing.....Make sure you know what you're doing before you do it" he says where she nods her head in reply. 

Khloe threw herself on the settee and stared at her phone. She stared at Theo's contact in her phone. T.....It made her smile 'I don't know what to do -K' she took a deep breath and sent the text.She wasn't lying she had no clue on what to do. She wanted to trust him but she didn't want to betray her parents. She wanted to let herself feel but she didn't want to get hurt. A tear slipped out from her eye and rolled down her cheek. Logan watched as she wiped the tear away and noticed the text come through to her phone. He knew she was hurting inside. Maybe he should tell Khloe the secret he'd hidden from their parents? Maybe it would help the situation Khloe was in?
