DEALS.

To sane people, a deal with Klaus would be a deal with the devil. For Emilia, that was the complete opposite of the truth, at least in the end.

After making the deal, Klaus immediately sped them away from the alley to where Klaus was currently staying. To say it was lavish would be an understatement. Klaus walking straight into the elite L'endroit Chic like he owned the place. The hotel was ginormous and had an old, colonial vibe to it. Right in the center of the lobby was a huge chandelier that glowed gold throughout the place. The check-in desk was made of an expensive marble looking surface to Emilia. As she went to briefly feel the cool marble, Klaus stopped her hand saying that the marble was worth more than she would ever have in her whole entire life. Emilia not thinking rationally decided to tell him to piss off by licking the marble. Klaus glared at her for a moment then turned away clearly disinterested in starting a conflict over that.

Klaus then walks away and turns to face the main check-in desk. A tall, regal woman in a short, blue dress comes out and walks, no sashays, over to Klaus. "Hello, Mr. Mikaelson, would you like your usual, le suite propriétaire?"

Emilia walks over to Klaus hearing the last part of the conversation in French. Klaus nods to the check-in lady who leaves. Then Emilia asks, "Klaus, what's the le suite propriétaire?"

"Emilia, I thought you were smarter than that. What do they teach you in school nowadays? That's the owner's suite. If we have this deal you really need to level up your skills a little bit."

"I'm sorry Klaus, I haven't been alive long enough to learn every language ever."

"Shame."

The lady who worked at the front desk returned to the desk and gave Klaus a room key with a crazy, Slytherin-looking like M on it. The lady finally notices Emilia and tells her, "What are you doing here you're banned!"

Emilia's face turns into one of shock confused at what just happened. "What did I do? I've never even been here before!"

"Yeah well, your mother has been. When she was banned from this establishment and any other partner hotels, she made sure to take you down with her."

Emilia sighs knowing her mother ruins everything for her. "What did my mother do now?"

"Let's just say she did some weird stuff with the manager that he didn't like. Now can you please leave before my manager sees me talking to you and fires me."

Emilia raises her hands in surrender and begins to turn around. "Now that sounds like my mother."

However, before Emilia completely turns around, Klaus puts a hand out to stop her from walking out. He turns to the lady working at the front desk. "Hey listen," he pauses for a moment to read the lady's name tag, "Bernadette, I'm going to need you to let Emilia here be unbanned from this hotel and all partner hotels by order of the owner."

Bernadette was slightly confused but gave in. "Sorry about your mom ruining everything. Let me go tell my manager what you told me Mr. Mikaelson. Enjoy your stay."

"Thanks, Bernadette. One more thing can you book the private room at Septime for the whole night."

"Yes, Mr. Mikaelson." Bernadette then walks away entering some employee room to talk to her manager.

Emilia then turns to face Klaus. "You own this whole place!"

"Yes, my sister, Rebekah, and I bought this whole place in the '20s when we used to live in Chicago."

"Dang that must be so cool just being able to make people do whatever you want."

"It is indeed quite fun. Come along."

Klaus motioned for Emilia to follow him as he walked towards the restaurant. The restaurant was crowded with a line starting to form outside. Nonetheless, Klaus just disregarded the line and walked straight past it, into the restaurant. The people inside the restaurant where dressed fancily in extravagant dresses and suits. Emilia walked past the tables in the front feeling slightly embarrassed with her uniform from the pizza shop still on. Klaus then walked towards a banquet room in the restaurant with two waiters outside the door practically waiting for his arrival. Klaus walked inside and seated himself at the table for two in the center of the large banquet room. The staff then closed the door and stood in front of the door allowing nobody in or out. He motioned for Emilia to sit down with him and she did. He then passed her a menu allowing her to order. She quickly scanned through her options, but quickly realized she knew what none of those things were. Klaus noticed she finished reading and asked. "So Emilia what would you like?"

Emilia looked at him scared to embarrass herself more, but she decided to tell the truth to Klaus and the waiter next to her. "Honestly I know what none of this is."

"Then I guess Emilia you can try one of everything." A waiter then left to prepare the food knowing what Klaus asked for. Klaus then switched the conversation to a different subject. "So Emilia let me explain to you who I am before you start. I am Niklaus Mikaelson, the hybrid, most people call me Klaus and Nik is only for family so don't even ask to call me that. I have been alive for a thousand years and my siblings are currently stored in coffins with a white oak dagger that neutralizes original vampires, well except for me, because they've either done stupid things or betrayed me. I have to break a curse to become a hybrid by killing a wolf, a vampire, and the Petrova doppelgänger. However, that's not going to happen because I tried to break the curse five hundred years ago and she ran away and turned herself into a vampire before I could kill her to break my curse. Thus, I killed her whole family and she's been running from me ever since."
