JENNIE POV
My pace is getting faster every second walking back and forth. I cannot stay still, where can Lisa be? Irene cannot trace her whereabouts suddenly. Irene used to help in checking out if Lisa and Ella is okay.
"Tell me you got good news Irene about where they are?" I asked Irene anxiously hoping for her to know my wife's whereabouts.
"Sorry Jen, I've tried searching the whole village but no one knows where they are. The best part is even your parents; Chaeng and Jisoo are also gone. No one knows where they are Jen. I've been searching for two weeks already. The last time I saw them, an old guy always visit them and play with Ella. He is pretty much close with your dad too." Irene gave me her apologetic eyes.
I dropped myself at the sofa and my tears started to come out.
"Where are you Lili? Why are you running away from our village? Where have you been with Ella and our family? What happened?" I kept on talking to myself asking Lisa where she had been. My cries are getting heavier because of how much I missed her so much together with Ella.
Irene rubs my back soothing me telling me not to cry afraid V might come into our room. Irene remembers that how Jennie got beaten by V when he knows she still remembers Lisa. V only uses Jennie for media play to hide his womanizer activity. At the same time when he needs Jennie on the bed. Irene knows how strong Jennie is trying to stay alive so that one day she can meet Lisa again.
"I am worried Irene, I am worried that V did something to them. I can never forgive myself if that happens" I told Irene while crying and I can feel Irene shakes her head.
"Don't worry about V Jen, I have checked with Seulgi as she secretly investigates V's daily activity and he did nothing to Lisa. I don't think he knows about it but just be careful and play along until you find Lisa." I looked at Irene while wiping my tears.
"I hope you're right. I need to stay strong so that one day they will know what happen." I took a deep breath and look outside the window letting the wind blow my face. I find it peaceful because it seems like Lisa is caressing my face telling me not to worry. Wind now is my best friend whenever I missed Lisa or Ella. I can remember very well that I will correct Lisa's bangs if the wind blows her hair too much. Lisa loves that gesture and I missed doing that for her.
"Lili, please take care of yourself together with Ella and our family. I have no idea where you are but I really hope you are safe. Please listen to my song because all of it is for you.. Only for you..."
5 Years After
There is still no sign of Lisa or Ella. Every day; I will ask Irene the same question and got the same news over and over again. There's only one time Irene told me she saw Lisa like 2 years ago at the river where Lisa is still looking up on the sky letting the wind blows her hair. Irene told me Lisa does not look like her old-self. She got better clothes now and looked like someone else. She even cut her hair shorter but Irene told me that Lisa is still the same person. The way she cared about Ella at the river and how she smiled for Ella is still the same.
I told Irene to check on Lisa after that but she cannot trace her at all. Seulgi tried checking for her too but did not find anything on her. It is as if she vanished again. Every day I will cry at night missing her and wanting her to know that I am still in love with her no matter what happen.
Television or Media showed how happy I am with V but at night, I will cry by myself in the bathroom or in the balcony. I spend most of my time in the balcony letting the wind flows over me letting it touches my face because I can feel her soul.
"Lili, wherever you are, please remember that my love for you never stopped.. You are in my heart forever and eternity. Even if I die one day, my love for you will never vanish. We might not have a good love life here but I hope for us in the heaven together with our daughter Ella... I miss you Lili.. I miss you touching me.. caring for me.. Loving me... I miss you so much it hurts not knowing where you are... Please wind, tell me if Lili is thinking about me too.."
The wind blows telling me that Lisa is still there for me somewhere. We might not meet here but one day for sure. I put hope into that and stay strong even my body are getting weaker each day missing her.
I looked at the sky and smile. Tears dropping remembering our moments together and promised to myself to never let go of our love. Our vows that we made will never forgotten by me.
"Lili... I miss you so much... Please wait for me.."
10 Years After
There is still no sign of Lisa or anyone from my family. Not even Chaeng or Jisoo. I saw there's a model that looked just like Jisoo but her name in modelling was Js. I don't have the opportunity to meet her because whenever we are in the same event function, I can see her once but after that, she will be gone. I thought maybe she is busy with other events so I ignore it. Jisoo is always with mud so I am not sure if it is the same person.
Seulgi got a clue because she worked with someone to check on V's profile. I got to know a little bit from Irene that his parents were involved in kidnapping the Manoban's daughter. Manoban Corp, the number one company in food chains. Seulgi even told me the one working with her is the daughter of the Manoban Corp but not letting her name to be reveal because she's afraid the safety of her family especially her daughter. Sometimes I think the heir of Manoban Corp is just like Lisa. She cares about Ella so much; she will do everything for her. The same as their heir.
I ignored the investigation as it has nothing to do with me. All I know is that I want to know where Lisa is and Ella can be. Every year I will get Irene to investigate but with no updates. Every night I will cry missing them. Even though my career is a success, I felt empty without them because they are the one who supported me from start.
There are couple of times I imagine Lisa went to my concert because I somehow saw her looking at me but when I looked at the direction, she is not there. It must be me who misses her so much. Lisa is missing without a trace. She and Ella really covered themselves good and I'm glad because V cannot come and attack them. I've tried searching for them but when V got to know, he beats me until I can't wake up the next day. Luckily Irene was there to treat me. Again make-up is my best disguise to hide all the pain he gave me.
He always got drunk coming back home and sometimes he is just too strong for me to fight. He will take me without mercy and every time it happened, I will clean myself in the bathroom while crying for Lisa. I can't take this anymore. 10 years has been so long and I need to find them to tell them the truth. I know Seulgi is having a good track to get V arrested and when the time comes, I will go back to Lisa's arm hopefully she is still waiting for me.
Tomorrow V told me to eat with him on this fancy restaurant after my photoshoot. I am lazy but he will force me because of his media play. I cannot decline his offer or he will make sure my life's a living hell. I usually followed his orders to avoid his lust on me at night. I can't stand him touching me because I felt dirty. I felt dirty because the one person who can touch me is Lisa, only Lisa and no one else.
My concert is in a week time and I got new song I will sing to my fans. A song written for Lisa whenever I think about her. I really hope she listen to the song because I know she will realize that song is for her. Only for her.
"Lili, I hope you are fine. Lili, if you are okay, I begged you to save me from this horrible situation... Lili... I missed you so much I don't think I can go on anymore... I'm tired Lili.. too tired to continue all this drama..."
