Author's Note:

Hi! Just wanted to say that this chapter is going to be different scenes and different events where they're getting closer and where Emma is falling in love with him. Hope you enjoy!!!

Killian's POV

I wake up and sigh as I realise Emma isn't in my arms. This stupid curse. I miss my Swan so much. But that's what motivating me to break this curse. I will make Emma fall in love with me again. Nothing, not even a curse, will be able to separate us. It will be hard but I will stop at nothing to get her back. So, I can give this to her. I open the draw where I'm keeping the ring. The ring I desperately want to give Emma. I just need to break the curse first. I get out of bed and walk downstairs. I need to make a plan. How to make Emma fall for me? Last time we fell in love because of all the adventures we had on my ship. But I can't really recreate that. What can I do? What would Emma like? Then, I realise something that I could do.

Emma's POV

I wake up and yawn. At first, I'm confused about my surroundings. Then, I remember what happened yesterday. David tried to force himself onto me and then Killian saved me. Killian! He let me stay at his place. I smile to myself. He's a really......cool guy. Maybe my life's looking up. I get dressed and pull on my red leather jacket. I grip it tightly before taking a deep breath and heading towards the door. I hear a smashing sound and Killian yells. I run out of my room, worried about Killian.

"Are you okay?" I shout. I see that he's in the kitchen. "What's the matter?" I ask again. I walk into the kitchen and realise that he was making something but he dropped the bowl on the floor. I can't help but laugh. He pouts like a little child.

"Do you think this is funny, Swan?"

"I do. I really do." I laugh.

"What were you doing?" I ask.

"I was trying to make pancakes. I don't think I'm very good at cooking though." he moans. I chuckle. "Come on. Let's clean up." I say. We clean up the mess on the floor and Killian collapses on a chair, looking upset.

"What's the matter?" I ask.

"I just really want to make pancakes." he moans. I walk over to him and pull him up.

"We are going to make pancakes." I say. "We are?"

"Yes because lucky for you, I make amazing pancakes." I exclaim. He raises his eyebrows.

"Now just do what I tell you." I tell him. I give him different instructions and we work together to make a batch of pancakes.

"These look delicious, Swan."

"Thanks, Jones." We smile at each other and then I start eating. "These are so good!"

"Told you I made amazing pancakes!" I said.

"I never doubted you for a second. I knew they would be great." I smiled softly. I don't know. There's just something about him. He makes me feel really good about myself. Deciding that I want something to put on my pancakes, I get up and grab a jar of nutella. I spread it on a couple of my pancakes and start eating. Killian laughs.

"What?" I ask. "You have something on your nose." he says, pointing to the tip of his nose. I try to get it off. "Is it gone?" I ask. He laughs again.

"No. You've just made it so much worse!" he laughs, shaking his head. I sigh. I try to wipe it off as Killian laughs harder. "Ugh!" I shout. He leans over the table and wipes my nose.

"There, it's gone." He's inches away from my face and I can feel his breath on my skin. Part of me really wants to press my lips against his. No! Of course I don't want to kiss him. What the hell am I thinking? I don't like Killian, he's just a friend. I don't have time for men, not after Neal. I smile and sit back in my chair, trying to push away all thoughts of kissing him.
