The Mountains

Chapter 1

"Y/n wake up we're going to be late" louis yells while jumping onto my bed.

"lou i don't want to go. why can't i just stay home why does this year have to be any different from the last"

"y/n you know things were going to change after what happened with mom and dad. please just get up and stop being stubborn" louis says. i can hear the heart break in his tone.

"fine" i groan as i get up and begin packing for the trip.

the mountains. 6 months with louis and his best friend. I know what you're thinking. oh how fun. no. this is going to be torture.

i finally get packed and then pick out an outfit to wear up to the mountains. It's going to be in negative degrees today so i chose something on the warm side

"we're going to pick up harry on the way. You can sit in either the frontor back" lou tells me then pauses
"actually sit in the back so harry can sit beside me i miss him"

i laugh and agree. i climb into the back seat and louis pulls out his phone to call harry

"hey hazz were on the way. Yeah. be there in 10"

i haven't seen harry since 2010. I'm mostly worried that we won't get along not even a little bit.

"i know you've went on vacation with us a few years back but please keep your eyes off harry. Don't catch feelings for him. he's a lot different now. he's a flirt"
louis says as we pull into driveway

"lou don't worry. harry was so not my type back then and he so won't be n-" i begin speaking but stumble on my words as i see the harry i know, but older and much more attractive walk out of the door.

he was wearing a red and black striped shirt and pants. he had a light blue jacket wrapped around himself.

i admire him as he walks to the car. as soon as he sits down in the passenger side he hugs louis.
"i've missed you boo bear" he says. Their bromance is real.

"oh y/n i haven't seen you since- like what 2010?" he says smiling at me

"it's it's been awhile" i say catching my breath
